I just wasted $10! there was traffic so I stopped for coffee, a hot hazelnut latte with whip & sugar & I got the little everything bagel balls-she asked me specifically if I wanted everything to which I said yes. I also ordered a side of cream cheese. what I received was plain bagel balls, no cream cheese, which I asked for and then was given, and my coffee had no sugar in it at all! I don't have sugar at home, so I literally cannot drink this coffee. doesn't seem to be any hazelnut in it either. The bagel balls are not my thing-plain dough stuffed with plain cream cheese. last time I went I didn't get sugar in my coffee either, but I realized in time and was able to go in and add my own. I won't be back!

I just went through the drive thru on my way to work and the service was amazing! Not only that, the matcha latte was the best I’ve had in a long time. I gave it four stars because the hash browns were a bit hard.

They have the freshest donuts. when I told them that I came there in the morning & afternoon and their donuts were still fresh they told me it's because they bake their donuts daily. I said they need to teach the others to do the same because I hate stale donuts.

came in for coffee doughnut and as well use the bathroom.Lady was friendly but as I watch the rest were on phones sitting on milk crates.which is OK to me.Yet bathroom was disgusting not flushed and couldn't use.The coffee I had was very bitter and doughnuts were not fresh

Great customer service. Their donuts are always fresh and they make the best iced signature caramel lattes.
They have bad apple fritters. An apple fritter contains chunks of apple baked into the dough; they aren’t supposed to be filled with apple jelly. Other DD franchises have good apple fritters so I’m a bit puzzled. Otherwise a good place

I bought a hot latte with sugar I was in a rush to my appointment so I went to the drive through and she gave me a supposedly hot latte when I drink the latte is cold not hot so now I have to go inside. They knew cause they are looking at me asked me what’s the problem. I said u gave me a cold coffee it’s not hot so one rude one screams make it real hot then I said it wasn’t hot in the first place I said maybe ur machine is broken. So she takes my coffee puts it on the machine and put more cream on it messed up the flavor it didn’t have no taste just creamer so nasty I wasted money on something I didn’t drink never again would I come here.Its not a lot but it’s money u giving and not drinking smh
