I am really disappointed. I ordered a breakfast combo. I wanted caramel and mocha flavor for my coffee. I was surprised to see that they charged me extra money for the flavor. I have been to other Dunkin Donuts and have never been charged extra. I asked about it and the manager or whoever he was told me that they charge extra for that. My issue is that they are not making customers aware that they charge extra for flavoring. It is quite under handed and sneaky. Makes me question what else they are charging customers extra money for that they are unaware of. Not only did they charge me extra but coffee didn't taste good. Think they are watering down the flavoring that they are charging extra for. They should at least post the extra charge on the menu and let customers know this. FYI they charged me .30cents extra for a couple of pumps. That really adds up do the math. For every 1000 customers .30cent extra. As I said, most customers are not aware that they are doing this. They should at least let the customer know that they charge extra. That way we can make the choice to add flavor or not or go to a different DD that doesn't charge 😉

Ordered hot lava latte and was given regular latte. Returned for them to put a pump of lava flavoring in regular latte. They did not offer to remake my latte, and so I left with a cold latte that pretty much tasted the same as the first.
