Ordered hot lava latte and was given regular latte. Returned for them to put a pump of lava flavoring in regular latte. They did not offer to remake my latte, and so I left with a cold latte that pretty much tasted the same as the first.

Not only does this particular Dunkin always get my orders wrong every time. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Dunkin. They tried to charge extra money for whipped cream that came with my drink (iced latte). I showed them that it came with it on the menu and they still tried to charge me extra. This Dunkin is close to me but I purposefully drive out of my way now to avoid this one…

I come there everyday… I order the same thing simple order iced Carmel coffee 2 Splenda and cream…. The same guy for the most part takes the orders everyday…. I pay $3.61 a coffee everyday I expect my coffee to be made right not wrong 3 times in the last 2 weeks!!!
Used to be a MUCH quicker drive thru line. Not the friendliest service at the drive thru.

3 times now, my online order was shorted items, and the ones that were correct were burnt. I turned around and went back with my receipt. The Hindu couple argued and told me they put them in the bag, caused a scene, AND told me I was lying and refused to correct it. Very rude. Who lies about a missing donut or $4.86 worth of hasbrowns?! I refused to leave without the correct food or my money back. This is the closest location to my home. I'll drive further for better service. Avoid Ark Road and Marne Hwy location.
