My ratings are relative to the value; two burgers and some fries and a soda, $30. I didn't feel as if the Root Beer from the multi-dispenser was carbonated (tasted flat) and the fries didn't seem as fresh as they could have been. For such premium pricing, I feel as if the food or the experience has to be elite. Neither were.

Just ordered a little bacon cheeseburger meal and honestly was the best I’ve had in a while from five guys. The right amount of everything I asked for in my burger. Couldn’t be happier! And the customer service was kind, quick, and efficient!

$11 for a grease burger,the girl asked if I wanted fries and a drink and I said Are you kidding!? I can barely afford the burger,very very greasy and way over priced, the only consolation was that I didn't have to drive to moorestown for the burger,this isn't a place I would take my family because if I did I'd go broke,in this economy I think they should have special discounts
I love five guys and i'm so happy they opened a location here in mount laurel. Their burgers and fries never disappoint! This is a perfect location. I stopped in last week and everything was fresh and delicious 😋!

8/29 - Amex card unable to be processed. Shows as “declined” on POS for all methods to pay with Amex including Apple Pay. App order paying with Amex says “Failed: Unsuccessful Payment Transaction.” I called Amex, no declines showing from their end. Five Guys’ processing backend isn’t even communicating with Amex Server. Please fix your payment processing. Staff is great as always. Thanks for opening a location here.
