Francesca's Pizza Pasta-Grill

I liked their food until I gave my adult son the left over half of my cheese steak while he was visiting me. He bit into a penny sunk down in the cheese. The owner said he would refund my money but never did. Instead of apologizing he told me how this was impossible. So he basically called me a liar while he lied about going to refund my money.

4 days ago the owner said he would refund my $41.16 for the cheese steak and pizza. They wrote this bs but still didn’t refund my money.
My friend and I use to go in once a month for lunch needless to say that won’t happen again.

Always a solid pie. Reminds me of the New York pizza I grew up on. The place is clean.The workers are friendly. They have great wings too!!

Been our "go-to" for YEARS and it never disappoints! We love everything - pizza, wings, cheesesteaks, dinners... they are all amazing and always a fave around here!

I’m visiting for work. Some back to back meals at Francesca’s have been worthwhile
Pizza crust has no flip yet still maintains good texture AND chew, that’s a personal preference so I’m biased and really really enjoyed. They also have some good varieties and style of pizza.

Their dinners are hearty, the garlic knots seasoned, salad was fresh and pasta was not over cooked. ?

Easy local spot to recommend for the regulars in the area. I’ve saved it for future visits .

I tried a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was amazing! Customer service was amazing and the place looked so cozy! I recommend this spot to anyone grabbing a quick slice or wanting to sit and enjoy their meal.
