I stumbled upon Gallo’s with a quick google search, read the reviews and decided to give them a call. I needed a themed birthday cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and Jenn helped me with the entire process. I sent in a few reference pictures before deciding on one in particular. The cake looked exactly like the photo. Jenn was even nice enough to help me get the cake in the car.

Not to mention, everyone loved the cake and kept asking where it was from....

They have been baking my cakes for every event and they never fail at making the cake exactly how I requested. I recently got my wedding cake from them and it was not only delicious like always but it was like the picture I showed them. The customer service is always great and the cakes always taste amazing. I will continue to support the bakery and buy cakes.

Finally a strawberry shortcake with strawberries on the top, and plenty of berries inside of the cake. The whipped cream was nice and fluffy and not overly sweet. The cake was so moist & light.
