I came in tonight and got two sandwiches the lady who waited on me was very friendly but talked too much. As she was making my sandwiches spit came out her mouth I saw her just to wipe it with her shoulder but 🤢🤢🤢. I should of told her nevermind on my sandwiches but Instead I trashed them. Safe to say I will be given this location a break.

I had the absolute best experience at Jersey Mikes yesterday. I went in to try the ever so popular chicken salad sandwich, which was SO good and SO fresh. But the highlight was the customer service here. Admittedly, I was dragging my feet coming in. I'm 36 weeks pregnant, I have GD, cant do sugar which super sucks, and I barely slept the night before. I wish I caught her name but the woman that helped me made my day. She was so nice, relatable and made me feel like I absolutely have to come back.

The sandwiches were ok. The bread was not fresh. The lettuce was not fresh. For the price of these sandwiches unfortunately they did not satisfy the taste I had for it. I am somewhat disappointed.

Ordered online. Gentleman at the counter hands me my order and just tells me they were out of the bread I ordered “sorry” and walks away. Offers no solution, guess he just picked a different bread for me. Frankly woulr have just gotten something else if it was offered. Garbage customer service.

With tip $51+ food arrived and no brownie....so I called and yes a little upset and the guy was like...he man I'm trying to help...CALM DOWN we all make mistakes.....won't order there again I mean how difficult is it to check your orders.......
