I generally don’t recommend Domino’s, but their pizza sure beats this place. An embarrassment to Mt. Laurel township.

The 2 people working that were not cooking could not even acknowledge us. I ordered a personal pizza and it came out with tons of red onions not listed on the menu but the young server insisted it was on the menu. Nope. Couldn’t even come to see if we needed drink refills. Had to bring the rest of the pizza they actually got right up to counter to wrap it up ourselves. Nice and clean restaurant but won’t be back ever.

Everyone who works there is very nice and it's always pleasant but the food seems to be getting worse each time I get something.Multiple times I received garlic knots that we not cooked all the way through. Now even my cheese fries are not safe here.My side of cheese cup was filled to the top with clumps of cheese. Big bad ones that should have been noticable. Not worth your time

Fabulous experience with Rachel helping to organize a large delivery order for our softball team dinner at a nearby hotel. Reasonably priced-- great portions-- great food. Everyone was raving about it! We enjoyed large trays of garlic bread, meatballs, rigatoni alla vodka, caesar and arugula salads and a great sandwich tray with multiple varities! Super service and a great price. Thank you!

This review is strictly based on their pizza which has been a BIG letdown for me. 1) The Tomato Pie which the menu clearly states "Square Tomato Pie" that is until you get it home and it magically transitions into a round shape. (not once but two attempts in ordering this one. 2) Plain Cheese Pie - the first time I ordered one since Claudio returned to take over, the pie was very good. Good enough for a return trip. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the second visit. This pie was in a word "bland". It seriously tasted like something you would get at your Son's baseball game. (Unless of course your son is Bryce Harper in which case you could get a real slice at Manco and Manco in the ballpark. :) 3) Veggie Pie - I will say the veggies were very fresh and delicious but the pizza itself was under cooked and just a floppy mess to eat. If you're going to LaScala Pronto for the pizza, my advice is to expect the unexpected because it is a wildly inconsistent experience.

I have ordered from here many times and although pricey, the food is good. Tonight I ordered online a steak sandwich with extra meat and extra fried onions and a chicken cheesesteak with extra meat and extra extra American cheese (it's an option with online ordering). The weather is terrible which is why we ordered delivery. I waited for over an hour watching TV in the front room of my house to be near the door. I didn't see the driver who left the food in the pouring rain. The bag was soaked. The steak sandwich was made properly. The chicken cheesesteak did not have extra extra American cheese so I called to complain more about the soaking wet bag left on the front step. The delivery driver lied and said she rang the doorbell 3 times. She did not ring once! I was sitting right by the door with my dog who would have barked like crazy if the doorbell rang. When I called I was told to send pictures, which I did and was told the cheesesteak looked fine. My friend got on the phone and went back and forth with the lady on the phone. Voices got loud on both ends and my friend asked for a refund. What in the world happened to customer service? I work in customer service and would fire any employee that doesn't make every effort to make things right. Sorry that your delivery driver got wet, but delivery is her JOB! She is paid and I gave a nice tip!!! I will never order from here again!!! You lost a very good customer!

Food was good but could have been hotter. Sauce was nice. I didn't like the cheese whiz on the cheese steak egg rolls . Pizza was thin crust and tasty.

Apparently there has been a recent ownership change at this location back to the original LaScala ownership group. I am not sure what that means exactly but I do have to say the result is very positive. I can only speak for the pizza at this time. I have tried the tomato pie and the classic cheese. If I were rating on the Portnoy scale, I would be teetering between 7.9 and 8.1 as both were of this quality. I have heard very positive feedback on the food overall and I look forward to expanding my horizons beyond pizza in the near future. One suggested improvement......update the menu pricing. That's what kept this from being a 5 star review. You simply cannot post one price on the menu and charge another price upon pickup.

The restaurant was not crowded and the service was ok. The food however was above average and reasonably priced. My wife and I wanted to try this place, as we had been to other La Scalia restaurants. The food is always good. Recommended for a quick dinner, most likely no wait

The worst food I’ve had in a long time, complete waste of $60. The calamari was chewy like bubblegum and seemed like it was cooked hours ago and kept in a warmer. The chopped salad was different than at la scalas in pennsauken. Our pizza was ok and the cheesesteak was meh. We are here before a few months ago and it was good but tonight was far from it. Very disappointed.

Food was very good especially the pizza. I noticed a lot of takeouts and delivery. Prices were pretty reasonable. Only things that need to be improved is the service was not great. I literally had to go to the cooking area to ask for assistance multiple times. There were no utensils and towels on the table when the food was served. The place was ok but pretty dark in the booth areas. Could be more lit. All in all would give it another try.
