tried twice food average then they got mad because i wanted fresh falafel’s instead of the old ones that was sitting there they didn’t change the pan just added fresh ones to the old pan

Food was really good, but we were either missing portions of our order or just straight up didn't get what we ordered. I had chicken shawarma in my bowl, just got falafel. Other order was a wrap, we got a salad bowl. Pickled onions are just red onion. The quality of the food is not the problem, just mistakes with order.

It was ok. I ordered the rice which was slightly under cooked. I didn't complain I just ate it. But overall the food was good I was just thrown off by the rice which was uncooked and had some hard pieces.

Girl with dark hair working 8/27 rude as ever!!!! Went up to us and said “what do u want” instead of asking us if we were ready to order. When it was time to pay she said follow the prompts and then walked away before our payment even authorized. Just simply rude, no customer service skills what so ever, small portions and for the price rather go to cava !!! And the crumbl cookie next door sucks too, manager looks weird

The girl with the glasses was wiping all over the counter where the food was (uncovered) with a wet cloth she didn’t try to remove the food or avoid cross contaminating products just looking frustrated and wiping aggressively. I didn’t even finish the food I got I was disgusted.

I used to like this place but no longer. Not sure if it's management or what. Portions have gone down and service is what has suffered the most. Placed an online order and showed up after I was told it would be ready. Person at the cashier looked at me as if I was crazy saying I was picking up. Then I stood there for 15 mins until they finally started my order. When it was finally ready, got a nasty attitude while being handed my food. Thanks for scratching another place off my list...I'll take my business elsewhere.

I love everything on their menu. The carmelized eggplant, lamb, and variety of hummus options are my favorite. I skipped the hummus this time but that always ties the bowl together. The employees will help you find the perfect combination of ingredients for your item.
