Every worker here was very rude, and lacked customer service.

I go into Moe's, there is only 1 other customer in line. The person making my food swaps our burritos and what I get is COMPLETELY different from what I ordered. The only reason to go to moe's over chipotle, pancheros or somewhere similar is the price but I'd rather pay an extra $2 to get the food that I ordered. In the past when I ordered from here and they didnt mess the order up the food was mediocre at best, I strongly suggest eating almost anywhere else. Chips are stale, chicken is rubbery and the staff isn't competent enough to handle 2 orders. At least its $11 though!

I use to enjoy coming to this location and always enjoyed the Moe's greeting but just left and told my hubby we will never be coming back to this location did not get the greeting the place was disgusting just looked behind the counter and trash all over the floor and also can someone please take a mop and clean those greasy floors just saw someone actually slip and fall.do not come here it's disgusting.

You guys need a better solution to serve food. The servers talk over each and every food item when asking customers for their orders. This is the reason I stopped going to Moe's. The food has spit all over it. Why not have your workers cover their mouths when taking orders?? It's unsanitary to talk over people's food. This is why I stopped eating at ALL buffet style food restaurants. Those little droplets (that come out of mouths when we talk) are all over that food. So no thanks.

Store is absolutely disgusting, patrons should not be drifting on the store's floor which is visibility a greasy, slick mess. my roommate immediately fell upon entering the store, getting covered in a disgusting grime and the employees simply stood around watching us struggle and one employee asked "you good?" and thats it. No mop, used a dry rag in one spot, no traction on the floor and everything looked gross. Tables and chairs sliding around like a slick ice rink. Shnarsty even for Jersey :/

My wife and I love to come here. But today might be our last visit for a while. Dirty dish rags left out near the drink machine. Trash, food scraps, and lids all over the floor. Food was cold and Burrito was horribly wrapped. Broken cabinets and all around just a dirty feel.

If any general manager or corporate has access to the cameras to this location, you should really take a look at how my visit went. Two employees behind the counter. I waited as they took care of the line of walk-ins that came in. Finally I was the only person left and spoke to the employee at the counter and confirmed he had my online order. This was around 5:40. Then for the next 15 or so minutes I was the only person in there. One employee is watching videos on his phone while the other who was prepping food early on and appeared to be working, now has his phone up to his ear walking back and forth having a personal conversation. Two employees, the only two employees present, both on their phones. At one point, neither was even at the counter as they walked away.
Finally 5:57 came and a new walk in came in and ordered his food. While he was paying, I asked for a refund. One employee had the courage to say to me, “your food takes time to make.” I’ve been waiting 40 minutes in a fast food joint that works as an assembly line. You can’t really expect me to buy your b.s excuse?
Then a general manager who was on her break walked out. Very sweet lady but clearly has zero power to actually run the store. While she is trying to figure out how to process my return, the gentleman who had just ordered had to walk up to the counter and ask them to turn down the blaring music throughout the restaurant because he couldn’t even enjoy his food.
If you own this franchise or are part of corporate, you really need to take a deeper look into your employees and customer service. If you have access to the cameras, it will baffle you that this location can even function with what I saw.
Food is great and team that works there is friendly. My biggest issue on both occasions that I was there is cleanliness. It is truly disgusting how dirty it is. If they just clean up a little it would make this place perfect.

Last 2 times I’ve been there food has been undercooked. This time it was rice and beans. Rice were uncooked and beans were hard. I had to microwave for 5 minutes on high just to make it edible.

Always order the same thing. Recently it has been consistent, however today was not good at all. At least three people in the store, one working the counter, no enthusiasm what so ever. No big deal no one is happy every day... the food was very blah, I asked for chicken, the normal, I received the driest all white meat chicken, and maybe a half serving. The following was the same, seemed like 1/2 to 3/4 a normal bowl portion... for $12.78... I think it's time to find a new option.

I’ve been going to Moe’s for many years now. This by far goes down as one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had at Moe’s. You guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I only gave one star because the chick winked at me. BYE. Disgrace area. Don’t go to this location.
