I like Panera, the food is usually really good. Yesterday 04/04/23, my sister & I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt toasted baguette. My sister had it before & raved about it. Well what we had yesterday was nothing yo rave about, it was so disappointing. The picture on the left is what it should look like. That is what my sister had before. Not this time: We could not see the mozzarella, the lettuce was skimpy at best & the tomatoes were just about non existent.

On 2/10/22 I picked up an order. My Asian chicken salad had no chicken, so I called & spoke to manager Steve. He apologized profusely and asked me to return for a proper salad, which I did. He also said that he was refunding the cost of the salad, but it could take a few days to show up in my account. Today is 2/11 and the refund is there.
Well done. I will be returning to the Panera.
Always has good food I like coming there!
