With the average service and unfortunately the environment is not clean like it should be. But it gets worse sometimes.

The place needs to be cleaned. The floors and a few tables are dirty with leftover food. Food was great. Soup was hot and sandwich tasted good. Wait time was quick but I didn’t get an option to select if I wanted chips, apple, or bread. I would have liked chips. I just got bread with my meal. I asked for utensils when I ordered me food but those were not in the bag.
The manager was on the line working and making sandwiches. He was extremely polite to the staff. Everything was please and thank you from him to the other employees. He even asked an employee why they were being quiet today and if they were okay. He yelled back into the kitchen to ask another employee if he needed help. 11/02/24 4:25 to 5:45pm.
