The quality and quantity of Panera's food has hit an all time low. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and it hardly had any chicken or avocado on it. Almost $15 for a sandwich with nothing on it. So much for Panera enhancing their menu items. They've gotten consistently worse every year.

As I walked in the was a lady at the counter waiting for someone to take her order. At this the tablets were down so was the app. I was there for a few minutes before we both walked over to the kitchen to say can we get some help at the counter. I will say my food came out pretty fast, but the bread that came with my soup was stale on the open side where it was cut in half. Other than that it was ok. The biggest issue was the dining area was a mess. All of the open booths had a large amount of crumbs on the table and seats. Some had used napkins on the table as well. There were crumbs all over the floor in the dining area. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Most of the workers stood around and talked when not actively preparing food and the person who worked the counter went to the back until someone would get his attention that a customer was waiting at the counter.

Went there for breakfast. The Asiago bagel was good but the eggs were meh. I think they were microwaved.
Took my family to Panera Bread -Centerton Rd, Mount Laurel- for dinner.I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality and presentation of our dinners. I remember a time when their food was fresh and delicious- what happened??My meal bordered on disgusting.$30 for a child’s Mac n cheese, a drink, a soup and salad for me- no drink.No, I do not plan on returning.

Ordered the buffalo chicken on a baguette. I got 1/2 sandwich with almost no chicken and all cheese and the other was very little like subway gives you. See picture. This is ridiculous. $12-$15 sandwich I got a piece of bread and $1 worth of chicken. I won’t be back. Do not eat here for the prices go somewhere else.

I called in a cater order. When I came into the store to pick it up my order wan't ready. Mind you, I was running late so I came in after the time my order was supposed to be prepared. The clerk jumped right in and completed my order. He even threw in something extra, which I appreciate. The sad thing is, although Ryan was very helpful, there are so many bad reviews for this particular store. Makes me wonder; what is being done to turn it around?
