Ordered delivery and was keeping an eye on the tracker to make sure I was by the door when it came. It finally said delivered after about an hour of waiting but when I went to the door nobody was there. I called the store to check if the pizzas were delivered to the wrong house and the woman on the phone was very unprofessional, saying that they mark it as delivered after a certain point even when it is not delivered. This is very obviously fraudulent activity to make their delivery times appear better than they are. When my pizza finally arrived another 10 minutes later it was barely warm.

I placed an online order for delivery. The driver was over 20 minutes past the delivery window. He handed me the pizza sideways out of the carrying case. I ordered 2 large extra cheese pizzas. There was no extra cheese, the pizzas were cold and looked as if they had been sitting around all day. They did not bring my dipping sauces. I called to ask them to bring back my sauces they forgot. They refused, I wasn’t going to say anything about the state of the pizza but the man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He did not care about the sauces, did not care about the quality of the food that was delivered. He said he would refund my money for the forgotten sauces and has not done so. I will NOT order from an establishment that forgets part of my order and then keeps my money!

My pizzas were delicious. Nice, Hot and Ready when I arrived. Excellent customer service! The whole staff were polite and friendly. This will be my new pizza spot for sure. I also love that they stay open late which is very convenient for me due to me working late nights a lot. Thank you guys!

Ordered from the mt laurel Nj location at 720 with 815 arrival time. 815 comes and goes. It’s now 845 still no food. Call the 800 number and they say “it’s on the way but we don’t know where” (since they now contract out with DoorDash - terrible) so he says I’ll call the driver and call you back…. Another 10 min goes by and no call back. It’s now 9pm food finally comes. And shockingly enough. It’s not even lukewarm. Disgusting. I attempted to complain to get my money back and of course. No answer.

Worst experience ever! Ordered a pizza from Papa Johns with Doordash delivery. The guy from Doordash called and asked were I was located. Explained to the person, who could barely understand English, that I was 3 minutes down the street. So, my pizza was never delivered and tried to call Papa Johns 10 times with no response. Went to Papa Johns and said I wanted a refund. Told me to call Door Dash which said I would have to call Papa Johns. Went back in and the guy said they couldn't refund but make me another pizza. I said fine!! Got home and the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way!! There is no way to get my money back. HORRIBLE!!!

Having to place my order overseas is ridiculous. I don't conduct any of my business with the overseas Customer Service period. Therefore I will no longer be purchasing Pappa John's Pizza. I was also brought to my attention the Corporate Office is aware of the many complaints of customers concerning the overseas Customer Service matter and don't care. Please note: Their lost!

If I could give this garbage establishment a 0 my goodness would I. I consider myself a completely reasonable human being I try to understand all situations. However I do not tolerate blatant disrespect and then incompetence to cover the disrespect. I have been trying to contact Papa johns through my local location and national numbers however I have been getting passed around number to number with 0 accountability. All I ask is for the explanation of the driver taking 1 hr 45 minutes to get to my house that is down the street so my food was rock hard and cold hence why I threw it out. (Pics above). I hate wasting food but I wouldn't even feed that to my dog. I find it super sketchy that the phone operator tells me it's no problem im going to pay with 100 $ bill (bc I wanted to get ahead of the tip issue). And the operator tells me no problem they will have $20 on them. Yet I get a call from door dash who I help guide here because they were 30 minutes lost. (Thinking I'm talking to an older woman who I felt bad would be stuck with my pizza if I told her nevermind.) Then they pull up with a packed car thankfully I'm a big guy because that would be intimidating to an average customer not expecting it... Then the woman comes out and tells me they don't have change. The whole situation is bananas and could've been handled amicably from jump Street.

Just picked up an order last night and it was the saddest pizza I have ever seen. The crust is cardboard and there is hardly any cheese. Ever since the new management took ever this place is awful. Never going there again.

I ordered a pizza on-site at around 11:45 PM, and the staff prepared it quickly.

The pizza was incredibly delicious and freshly made. I can confidently say it was the best pizza I’ve had in New Jersey! Absolutely fantastic.

Both guys were very friendly and nice.

Definitely recommend!!

Do yourself a favor and don’t order food within the first hour of opening. While their website displays opening as 11, the workers don’t turn on the ovens until 11:20. Meaning, if you ordered a pizza at 11 for your lunch break, you won’t see that pizza until around 11:40. As a former food service worker myself, I find this ridiculous, especially when the obvious fix is simply to arrive at work earlier to prepare for the day. Great way to lose customers.

Bad experience with customer service I went there for a order a 10 large pizza for party and lady was rude as hell. I tried to order from store for pick up later and told about the deal on online she like you have do it from there and i did order from only and she like saying no Hey no Thank you nothing. This is a last from this papa John

I ordered and paid for 5 large pizza for my son’s birthday party. They delivered 5 medium pizza even though I paid for 5 large pizza. Also, delivery was more than an hour late while 7 and 8 year old kids were starving after 2 hours of play. Horrible service and horrible delivery!
