The worst pizza I have ever eaten. I went to pick up my pizza, I opened the box to make sure they got it right and they did not. They remade the pizza but made a horrible pizza. The pizza was wafer thin as you can see in the photos basically just topping without any base.
These guys had screwed up my order previously as well, but thought of giving them another chance. NEVER AGAIN.
I'm pretty sure the people working here know what they are even doing.
Whoever runs this establishment needs to be reported for such gross negligence on so many levels.

My order wasn’t ready when I arrived—they said they were waiting on a delivery, so I waited an extra 10 minutes. When I went back to the counter, it still wasn’t ready, and they told me to wait another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, my pizza was just sitting there while they waited on the chicken. I ended up telling them to keep the food. Not to mention Employees were eating their own creations while making customers’ pizzas. Horrible experience, I will not be returning.

2hrs hours for a pizza 3 miles away. Sat on hold for 44mins waiting for help. Then the delivery driver calls me to say he dropped it off - shows up 10mins later. I was hoping it was a DoorDash driver, nope. A papa John’s employee “related to the owners”. Done. Done. Done.

Everytime I order a Pizza from your place we have issues. Everytime you give us a time our ordered would arrived you have given me a time and the best had only been 30 minutes more. We have spoke to the mgr and he promised things are much now better. So once again he Guaranteed the arrival time.This time it was 45 minutes longer. We are done we will not be ordering from you again. I have also posted this on my Facebook page. On top for the length of time to arrive, the pizza was cold and the pizza was all over the box. I am sure everyone reads this will also choose to go elsewhere.

I really Like this Papa John's it's a great To go place when you want something quick just use the Mobile site order it and then go in to pick it up very fast with great service food was good everytime I went here.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This is absolutely the worst Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had.
Ordered delivery at 9:15pm and waited until 10pm when the order was supposed to be delivered. The time had increased on the tracker to 10:35pm. So we called and canceled.
The next day we ordered carry out to avoid the delivery headache. First, they made the pizza incorrectly with toppings on the wrong side (we asked one half with jalapeños and sausage and green peppers on the whole thing, instead they put sausage on one half and jalapeños on the other half). Second, the pizza was soggy, not cooked fully and had extra tomato sauce even though we didn’t ask for that. And third, it tasted like garbage, nowhere near what Papa John’s pizza is supposed to taste like.
Had to Pull out the measuring tape Pizza was HOT. But I ordered 2 large pizza and got 2 medium pizza. Large pizza should be 14 inches and I got 12 inch pizza.

Ordered delivery and was keeping an eye on the tracker to make sure I was by the door when it came. It finally said delivered after about an hour of waiting but when I went to the door nobody was there. I called the store to check if the pizzas were delivered to the wrong house and the woman on the phone was very unprofessional, saying that they mark it as delivered after a certain point even when it is not delivered. This is very obviously fraudulent activity to make their delivery times appear better than they are. When my pizza finally arrived another 10 minutes later it was barely warm.

I placed an online order for delivery. The driver was over 20 minutes past the delivery window. He handed me the pizza sideways out of the carrying case. I ordered 2 large extra cheese pizzas. There was no extra cheese, the pizzas were cold and looked as if they had been sitting around all day. They did not bring my dipping sauces. I called to ask them to bring back my sauces they forgot. They refused, I wasn’t going to say anything about the state of the pizza but the man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He did not care about the sauces, did not care about the quality of the food that was delivered. He said he would refund my money for the forgotten sauces and has not done so. I will NOT order from an establishment that forgets part of my order and then keeps my money!
