The past 2 times I got a sub from Primos in Mt. Laurel they were amazing .....truth be told, the $9.99 deal was my draw in to come back but well worth it.

I ordered a Hoagie from PrimoHoagies in Mount Laurel, NJ on 4/1/2024. There was a $9.99 promotion going on for a Primo size hoagie. I ordered thru the app and it showed the price as $9.99 but when I received the confirmation email it said I was charged full price of $13.99. I immediately called the store and told the girl I spoke with I didn't get the promo price and wanted to cancel the order. She assured me she would give my info to her boss and he would credit my account the $4.00. I went to the store to pickup my Hoagie within 10 minutes and asked the girl at the counter if she was the one I spoke with and she said no, she thinks that girl left. I had to again explain the situation and told her if I wasn't going to get the promo price I wanted to cancel the order. She too assured me that she would take my info and give it to her boss and he would have the $4.00 credited to my account. She also said she heard there was an issue with the app not giving the promo price. A few hours later I received a call from a guy named Chris from Primos and he seemed very apologetic and said he said he would have my account credited the $4.00 but it would take a few days to see it in my account. I actually believed he would take care of the situation. Unfortunately, it's been 14 days and I still haven't received the credit or any follow up from anyone at Primos. It's obvious these promos are nothing but scams and they're just out to get your money. I just chalked it up as extremely poor customer service. PrimoHoagies obviously needs the $4.00 more than I do and they can keep it. I'm done wasting my time with them. Just want to let all know to BEWARE!!!!!!!

Just got their meatball sandwich for the first time in over a year and it is just awful. Their meatballs used to be delicious. These new ones are obviously frozen. Rubbery texture. Will never get it again

Ordered for pickup and realized they forgot the main topping of this sandwich, the spicy broccoli raab. It was a bit bland and lacked the toppings I requested. Not worth $15 for a veggie sandwich.

Order food online. Picked up, drove 30 min away to bring lunch to a friend's house only to find that none of the sides were put into the bag I had asked for. Also, ordered a pickle and it was like cutting a water balloon. The whole inside of the pickle was gooey and watery. Probably sitting in the barrel for way too long and was well past expiration. Will never use this location ever again. It's a shame because other locations do it much better.

I’d like to shout out how amazing Primo Hoagie Mount Laurel is!! I placed a giant order for a college men's lacrosse team for early Saturday morning. Chris, the manager was a pleasure to work with, he let me pick everything up prior to them opening so I wouldn’t miss my sons game and everything was ready and organized for handoff to the team! Chris even put a personalized “Good luck” note and mentioned each player and coaches name on the note. That means he took the extra time to look up the team roster to do that! Truly kind and incredible! Our family goes to this Primos often but I highly recommend it for those who have never been!

The food is good, but the staff at the Mount Laurel location is horrible. This place is staffed by people who are rude and don't really know what they are doing. If they were at least efficient, I wouldn't care, but when their lack of capability wastes my time, I can no longer support their business. At least Primo has plenty of other locations to choose from!
