My brother took me to one of his favorite spots today and the sandwich we had was great!! The sandwich was made to perfection and the service was great, we shared a whole Italian and they even remembered my brother normally doesn’t get cheese so they cut it and half and put cheese on one side that was funny lol, but anyways thanks again guys I’ll be stopping in more often!!

Stopped by this location for dinner tonight and had a great experience, employees were very friendly, they recommended the classic Italian or the turkey diablo I went with the classic Italian and it was great, the bread was fantastic the produce was fresh and you can tell the sandwich was made with love, will definitely be coming back!!

I was one of two people that was in the store placing an order. There was 2 customers that arrived 4-5 minutes after I completed my that placed new orders and received their food I received my food. I was there waiting 5-8 mins after those customers received their food still waiting for my food. Poor customer service.

Very friendly store and atmosphere, well-rounded employees. I had a great sandwich and dine-in experience when i visited, so i would definitely try and come back for seconds.
Terrible sandwich unfortunately. Ordered a hoagie and the bread was rock hard, there was barely any meat in it, and it had little to no flavor. It’s one I get all the time from other locations and I’ve never been disappointed in the past. Ball was definitely dropped on this one.

Hands down one of the best hoagie spots around. Primo’s nails it every time — fresh bread, stacked meats, and the perfect balance of flavors. The Turkey Diablo is my go-to… spicy, savory, and just ridiculously good. You can tell they actually care about what they’re making, and the staff is always chill and friendly.
Whether you’re grabbing lunch or feeding the whole crew, this place never misses. If you haven’t been to Primo’s yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Today is 7/08/2025. I went and ordered two meatball sandwiches when I got home I tasted the meatball sandwich. They were a little pink on the inside and they taste horrible like sour. I called them back and told them the sandwich was barely touched. Am I able to trade it in and get something else maybe a hoagie They said they don’t do refunds horrible it’s my first time there and my very very last I don’t know what main business does not give refunds but if you ever is thinking about going to the one on Nixon Drive, don’t waste your time. I didn’t even want the money back. I just wanted to get something else terrible Customer Service. I will definitely be letting everybody know. I know so many people that talk about going there. I never had a chance to, but they definitely will not be going now. Food tastes horrible
