inside the restaurant. However I decided to get take out before work and was disappointed ?. My husband ordered food and was missing sauces, that give the meal it's usually great taste. The food was excellent, and portion sizes are GENEROUS! The side salad could have been its own entree! The dinner rolls are delicious as well! You will definitely need a box to split this into at least two meals. The ribs were cooked so that the meat was falling off the bone and the baked mac-and-cheese was great as well. I tried the carrot cake as well which was decadently dense. The cream cheese icing complemented the cake perfectly. The prices are reasonable, especially if...

My family enjoys a lot of our special events at Prospector's and we always appreciate going back again. Love their appetizers like the Sante Fe Egg Rolls and Roadhouse Chicken Fingers. They used to have great dinner rolls but shrinkflation came for those recently.
