I was so excited to come here and try the ribeye ramen and honestly that was the most pleasurable experience I had while dining here. I wish I could say the service was just as amazing as the food, unfortunately it was not. The young woman who served my table was very rude, not friendly, and acted disassociated as if she did not want to help us. She slammed my appetizers down and treated us very poorly. The young man and other young woman in the establishment had more care than her but it wasn’t a warm friendly dining experience.

If I had to return and spend money It would be ONLY for the ramen, I will order out and skip on the service. Food and the overall economy is too expensive to be receiving poor service, unfriendly, and unwelcoming attitudes when you go to dine in places for an escape and happy moments. Also there was an unpleasant smell when it came to their clean up and rag use, it was pungent and disturbing to the atmosphere. The seating was okay but very close together and personal to the point where you could hear everyone’s conversation without even trying.

We decided on Ramen because it was cold outside. This restaurant exceeded our expectations. The place was packed, but for good reason. The food was exceptional. Both comforting and flavorful. Highly recommend.

The food is great! However, I removed 2 stars because, it appears that the prices vary depending on which 3rd party source you order from. Also, when I go inside to pick up my order , they act a lil funny, sorta like they don't want to hand it to you/ give it to you. I ordered on doordash and the order was for ME and not for me to deliver. This has happened multiple times.

This is the best ramen I have ever had. I’m on a mission to try everything on the menu, and so far I have not been disappointed. And you get two + meals out of one order. Their appetizers are great too. I love this place. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I went Friday...and there was a huge crowd. It took them 20 minutes before anyone addressed the crowd waiting asking if people were there for pick up or to dine in. I ignorantly figured the crowd indicated great food, so myself and my girlfriend waited. We were sat and someone did immediately take our food order, but that waitress never came back to take our drink order someone just dropped off the ramen.

I had the 27 dollar steak ramen, and while the steak was delicious albeit in thicker cuts than I would have imagined...the broth, and ramen noodles, veggies, and bamboo shoots left so much to be desired. The actual noodles in the ramen, were so blatantly obvious spaghetti pasta noodles and not at all actual ramen noodles or anything similar to a ramen noodle.

I feel like the entire staff was in the weeds, and rather than address their issue they took advantage of the income and proceeded to stretch out of their means.

We were promptly given an extremely large check considering the incredibly poor quality of food. This isn't worth it. Don't do it, there are far better places.

Food too good I couldn’t capture a photo before eating! I ordered the miso ramen with whole egg and almost ate the entire dish in one sitting. But the portions were just too big for my stomach. I added an order of the bao bun for fun.

Ramen was amazing. The broth was delicious and the pork just melts in your mouth, perfect. I’ve been to many ramen restaurants and none compared to my favorite ramen restaurant in Las Vegas…until now. This rates high and I don’t feel like I have to wait for my once a year travels to Nevada anymore.

Two years since I wrote the above review. I still adore this place and travel an hour to enjoy their food now that I’ve moved. Their fried rice is amazing too. So enjoyable eating experience!

Rai Rai Ramen in Mt. Laurel is a hidden gem that delivers an authentic Japanese ramen experience. The menu offers a wide variety of options, but the chicken katsu ramen , chicken shoyu ramen and steak ramen are absolute standouts—rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. I also loved the takoyaki and the Gomoku ramen, which had just the right hint of spice.

The restaurant itself is cozy and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, patient, and happy to explain menu items (like what “charsiu” means), which makes the experience even better. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything feels freshly prepared.

Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, Rai Rai Ramen never disappoints. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself craving again and again. Highly recommend for anyone in South Jersey looking for top-notch ramen!
