Ristorante Al Fresco is a casual family Italian cuisine BYOB restaurant serving lunch and dinner located in Mt, Laurel, NJ. I ordered the buffalo meatball starter. This dish displayed well, but in my opinion was a disappointment. I was expecting fresh meatballs garnished in buffalo sauce. Instead, the order I received was either over cooked or not so fresh evidenced by a tougher than expected exterior. However, the restaurant made up for it with my egg plant parmesan entree which was fresh and cooked to perfection. Our server, Sharon, was top notch. She was a hustler and friendly too. Despite the appetizer glitch, I would definitely recommend this local gem for Italian cuisine!

I would like to give this place a 10+! Not only delicious food, (and plenty of it) but the staff, can not express how pleasant, efficient, and friendly they were to not only our party of 17, but every other party that was there. The place was packed! Don't forget it is BYOB.

Great food. Great wait staff. Very welcoming. Homemade almost everything. Minestrone soup was great and the Chicken Florentine was very yummy. Tried the Tiramisu for dessert and it is easily splittable...and homemade...and just so good! I'll be back.

Fast and friendly service, very tasty food. Happy about coming here !! I was not expecting much really, and turn out I had a good time 100 %. Hope to come here more often, if work takes me back to this area.

We absolutely love this little gem. It is small, so make a reservation. The food is wonderful (try the risotto!!!) and you are serenaded by lovely Italian classics. A wonderfully relaxing meal.

I'm glad other people have had good experiences here, but I genuinely don't get it. I've eaten here multiple times because of proximity, both for dine-in and takeout, but never been impressed with the food. The most recent attempt was the final straw. I got what was essentially a plate of poorly cooked, under seasoned chicken, rubbery mushrooms, and plain pasta with a tiny amount of thin sauce at the bottom of the container. It was like they forgot to make the sauce and spooned pasta water over the dish. The bread was terrible, and I don't even know how you mess up bread. The rice balls weren't good last time I had them. I live within walking distance and still won't be going back. They've had enough chances.

I would like to thank everyone at the restaurant, we had a family gathering of 50 for a celebration of life for my father, on 12-11-22. I'm sorry I cannot remember the server's names, but they did a fantastic job, the owner's went out of their way to make our celebration a success. The food was fantastic. Thank you.

I got a small Insalata Al fresco and a crab&lobster ravioli for pick up for a total of $26.87 before tip. It was pouring rain but still it took a while to get a server's attention to check out. It looked like this one woman ran the show from serving food, to running the kitchen, to checking guests out. The raviolis were a bit cold- something to consider if unable to heat them before eating. Otherwise, I'd come back to try more of the pasta/Italian food on the menu! I believe there was a total of 6 raviolis. I appreciated that the pick up came with a free dinner roll!

Very nice neighborhood restaurant . The Branzini Is excellent but honestly haven't eaten here many times, everything is very good. Reasonable prices and an attentive wait staff are two more reasons to visit!
