came in at 9:50 - which i understand can be annoying i also work in the food industry - and was greeted by a sweet girl while the guy cleaning said “oh so it’s a party up in here” and at first i thought he was joking, but proceeded with more snarky remarks about how the girl had to actually turn the ice cream machine on for me and should’ve just told me that they were no longer serving. There was no need for that comment as the girl had already taken my order. I thought you closed at 10? i’ve been here at 9:50 before with a line out the door. I would’ve left a tip as i usually do and felt bad for the girl serving me. really hoping he’s not there if i go back

I came with my grandma and boyfriend last Wednesday, and I was greeted with a smiling face who politely took my order, he was very attentive and he was so polite. This worker was by far the most kind one I have ever seen at any Rita’s location, I believe his name was like Anton or Antonio. He let us know what he recommended, and helped my grandmother pick what she should order. Next time I come in I hope he is working so I can be greeted by his smiling and attentive face again. 10/10 will be back!
