The table was very unstable, the wall beside it was coming apart. Walking in the salad bar looked very sad and dry. The waiter was very personable, but definitely played too much which cost us money and screwed up order. The wait was long, the water was not good tasting at all, the portions are very small while the prices are not. The seafood came out in a cold skillet. The amount of salt they put on all the food was beyond unnecessary yet no salt on fries. No other flavors were tastable. The bathroom had no toilet paper only one door that locked, the soap was straight water. Very disappointed in the downhill dive they have gone. Will definitely not be returning.

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in years and I wasn't disappointed. The food was pretty good and the service was quick enough. We went at lunch time and didn't have an issue getting seating. It was clean, the servers were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I may return.

Me and my boyfriend were at the dollar tree and decided to stop in Ruby Tuesdays for some food and drinks. When we walked in we noticed the restaurant was empty and was very outdated. We sat at the bar and ordered soup and quesadillas. My potato soup was all cheese, cold and not filled to the top. We realized that our food took over an hour to come out but not sure why since there was only a few people there. The bathrooms were disgusting. None of the doors locked. Paper towels and toilet paper all over. The sink handles were all broken. I honestly don’t know how this place is still operating.

They brought my wife the wrong order and when told,the replacement that she told them she didn't want was out in minutes,less time than our order,my garlic shrimp was too peppery and over cooked,as anyone knows you don't send food back, we will not be going back there again.

Steak was over seasoned and tasted like it was turning bad. Only one person working the floor, seating the guests, taking orders, and serving the food. She never came back to check on if food was OK. Manager finally came over after we finished, removed the meal from the bill. Everyone was pleasant and nice but not on floor tending the customers.

This ruby Tuesdays robs me every time I order their ribs! I order a whole rack of ribs they give me a half they've done this on the last three orders. They'll give you the other half if you want to drive back to it but I live in Lumberton and it's not like it's across the street which is what they expect! They literally rob you! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau!

Had a 20 minute wait for a near empty restaurant. Friday night at 5:50. We do get seated and I LOVE the salad bar so hot that. It smelled bad like damp carpet at the salad bar and the restrooms had the same damp smell. How can the salad bar and rest rooms have the same smell? Will never be able to go back. This place still had Valentine’s Day specials up a week out of V-Day. It’s got to be closing. Regardless, we will never go back, sadly.

We had a carry out. The food was very average. The kids meal was nothing, there were 4 pieces of fries - kind of a joke. The other dishes were average. We were very hungry from driving all day, so we ate it 🤷 I wouldn't go there for lunch or dinner, even casual style. Service - it was very strange, everyone but one guy couldn't care less that there were people waiting - took a while to get acknowledged. And then took a while for another person who came after me to be acknowledged, even though service staff walked around. No one cared that tongs from a salad bar fell on the floor, the staff would just walk by. Very strange service - no attention to anything. Atmosphere - can't judge much, b/c I just waited for take-out, so giving it a 4-star.
