To the owner, your server is very rude and she always gives bad suggestions. This is the 3rd time and the tall server gave bad suggestion. We got a takeaway and we are eating it at night we regret taking out food from there. Wasted our $45. Very bad!!!! Regret it. And while giving directions if you don’t want to take it don’t pretend as if you are listening to it.

Found this place on Google. The wait was nonexistent. Staff was polite and patient as we looked over the menu. The food came out hot and delicious! The samosas were the best I’ve had in years. Will certainly go here again.

First time at this Indian restaurant, ordered the chicken korma, veggie samosa and garlic naan.
All were very good. Well seasoned. I would order the chicken korma spicy next time. The medium spicy level did not have enough heat for me.

Crowded but worth it! Loved the live dosa and biryani stations at Ruchi Indian Cuisine's buffet. A bit of a wait, but the fresh flavors made up for it.

Went to Ruchi Indian Cuisine with my friends today, and we loved it! The live dosa and pani puri stations had a really good taste—fresh and flavorful. It was crowded, but the lively vibe made it a fun experience.

I think my expectations were raised really high by the 4.8 rating or they were having a bad day don’t know. This was my first time visiting during the Diwali buffet, their were plenty of workers all of them lacked customer service skills (no greeting to no smile )except the guy behind the dosa bar.He was extremely friendly .shout out to him .
Food : I picked four different items from the Buffet in one plate including meethi paneer, chicken soup, paratha and tandoori chicken all were extremely cold .I don’t like wasting food so tried my best to finish it but I gave up and couldn’t finish .chicken soup was full of onion and extremely oily and other two dishes were tasteless.
I don’t like making a big deal out of it so said nothing and dnt go back to the buffet to try other things but it was brought to their attention by an another guest and still dnt see any noticeable change .
Note : dosas are worth a visit surely .pani puri was good too .first and last visit .

We went on Sunday they had buffet which was cold it was disaster I wish I could give zero stars the employee didn't even greet us or ask about the food like how was it like zero interaction from staff they were just seating on a chair using the phone the food was so over priced they charged me for my kid who didn't even had buffet he just share the dosa which I ordered we spend over $70 we were 3 people including kid Which was clearly not worth it.Had a bad experience we are not going back.

We showed up around 915Pm (they close at 10) and still received the best service food and had a great time. The food is wonderful with their spices and flavor! There were so many options ! Definitely going back.

Ordered Veg DUM biryani using ubereats, and told them to make the biryani MILD - unfortunately, ended up getting the most spiciest biryani. Had to drink 3 glasses of water to balance myself out - the hiccup would just not go. NEVER-Ever going back to ruchi-Mount
