Its only a few people at this location thats really nice , the salads 🥗 are not bad , but the iceberg lettuce and those little scoops that they give you for almost $15.00 is insane, prices went up but less food given and iceberg lettuce at least give romaine and when they do give romaine its mixed in with the iceberg, Just Salad is opening up in Centerton Plaza where Wegmans is and I will be switching to try them , maybe saladworks will get it together since more competition is coming , nobody is asking for alot but do better then iceberg lettuce and those little tiny scoops

I want to give a big shoutout to the three workers who served me just five minutes before closing. They were friendly, professional, and didn’t rush me at all. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication and great attitude at the end of a long shift. Excellent job and much appreciated! SHOUT TO AYANA, DANINA, and SOPHIE

Ordered a Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Salad with croutons for $2.39 extra. Got home and no croutons. Emailed them. They refused to refund me any money and just apologized and said "we're human and we make mistakes". AND I got the worst diarrhea I've had in about 2 years about 3 hrs after I ate the salad. I think any reasonable person would conclude that this is an awful franchise run by dishonest people.

I love this saladworks. The customer service is amazing. Food is good too. A few times I felt like the toppings were light in the past. However in the last few months my salads have been fresh and the portions are good.
Used the online order so I can't really speak on the service since I never had any interaction with anyone but the order was correct. I prefer this location because they seem more generous with the toppings and the prices are lower for the same thing that the location 10 min away.
4 stars instead of 5 only because there is definitely a little bit of cross contamination here – I got a few shreds of raw carrots even though (1) I didn’t ask for carrots and (2) I am allergic to raw carrots
Without the carrots, the salad is pretty good here

4 stars instead of 5 only because there is definitely a little bit of cross contamination here – I got a few shreds of raw carrots even though (1) I didn’t ask for carrots and (2) I am allergic to raw carrots
Without the carrots, the salad is pretty good here

I was in such a rush today to get done my break on time at work that I forgot they closed at seven. Even though I showed up five minutes before they closed, they welcomed me in with smiles. Very professional and friendly team. Never have had a bad experience from them.
