BUT OVERALL THE NEW STAFF IS LITERALLY SOOOOOOOO MUCH MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLIER THAN THEY HAVE BEEN IN YEARS ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ IT'S ABOUT TIME !!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Salad with croutons for $2.39 extra. Got home and no croutons. Emailed them. They refused to refund me any money and just apologized and said "we're human and we make mistakes". AND I got the worst diarrhea I've had in about 2 years about 3 hrs after I ate the salad. I think any reasonable person would conclude that this is an awful franchise run by dishonest people.

I love this saladworks. The customer service is amazing. Food is good too. A few times I felt like the toppings were light in the past. However in the last few months my salads have been fresh and the portions are good.
Used the online order so I can't really speak on the service since I never had any interaction with anyone but the order was correct. I prefer this location because they seem more generous with the toppings and the prices are lower for the same thing that the location 10 min away.

4 stars instead of 5 only because there is definitely a little bit of cross contamination here – I got a few shreds of raw carrots even though (1) I didn’t ask for carrots and (2) I am allergic to raw carrots
Without the carrots, the salad is pretty good here

I was in such a rush today to get done my break on time at work that I forgot they closed at seven. Even though I showed up five minutes before they closed, they welcomed me in with smiles. Very professional and friendly team. Never have had a bad experience from them.

This was my first time at saladworks and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. One of the employees, Jason was very kind and helped me with all the menu options. The food itself was also very good!
Due to management failing to respond back to me after my interview, here is my opinion. I am more than qualified to work here being CPR/AED certified, having 2+ of food service, while living a mile away. It is unrealistic to me that adults could fulfill the minimum wage midday weekdays position they were looking for anyways! Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer at this location because of unprofessionalism.

Love their salads, wraps , they're lemon vinaigrette dressing very good. The role you get is very tasty the Panini's are pretty good it's my favorite new lunch place.
Vegetarian options: Well it's a salad place or pretty much is vegetarian you can get salads without meat in it like that with the panini.
I was very happy that the host was able to pull up my account when my app wasn't working so that I could use my birthday coupon ! That made my night ! The salad was delicious ? and I hadn't been here in over a year so it was just like I remembered it. Since Cava has had a lot of outbreaks and illness reported I think I will return back here for my salads ?
