I stop into the Starbucks on Centerton Road every day, and the staff here sets the bar. They’re incredibly responsive, genuinely friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The coffee is excellent, made fast, and always with a smile. The shop has a comfortable atmosphere and is one of the best-run Starbucks locations around.

I was in line at the drive through for 20 mins and my drink is actually disgusting. It’s a strawberry refresher literally nothing hard to make and it looks poisonous idk how to even explain it.

Everytime I come here it's something else... last week my drink was not even full it was like 2 inches under the cup lid. I ordered the large for a reason. This week due to a new unpublished policy, when placing a mobile order i was denied drive thru service and told to wait in order pickup 5 to 9 minutes. This is completely unacceptable, I have places and times to be there. Would give 0 stars
$20 for 2 macchiattos, just watered down coffee no espresso. Very disappointed

My experience with this Starbucks is that it is either “Fair at best” or “Great.” Some mornings they are in the ball and other times it can take 10-15 minutes for a small coffee (even as an order through the mobile app). The he biggest thing they can improve is to say the customer’s name out loud instead of just putting the coffee on the counter.
Vegetarian options: Coffee and tea are vegetarian. Bagels and baked items without meat are vegetarian.
