My experience with this Starbucks is that it is either “Fair at best” or “Great.” Some mornings they are in the ball and other times it can take 10-15 minutes for a small coffee (even as an order through the mobile app). The he biggest thing they can improve is to say the customer’s name out loud instead of just putting the coffee on the counter.
Vegetarian options: Coffee and tea are vegetarian. Bagels and baked items without meat are vegetarian.

This is MY Starbucks! I only visit here. I loved having the free library shelf inside which is why I come to this particular cafe. And guess what? It's gone. 😭

I was served coffee with a broken lid that spilled all over my clothes and car. I still haven't heard anything back yet. They're lucky it was an iced coffee and not a hot one! I'm still waiting to hear back, but nothing so far.

I never review fast food places, BUT this place needed a review cause Idt enough people know how amazing the atmosphere is. My orders are NEVER WRONG, (and honestly even if they were to mess up once in a blue moon ik it would be fixed accordingly.) Which brings me to the staff, everytime I come in they have a smile on their face (and for every employee to have that attitude - is RARE). OVERALL COMING HERE FOR MY MORNING OR AFTERNOON COFFEE IS ALWAYS A JOY!!! THE STAFF WILL ALWAYS MAKE OR BREAK A PLACE!! TO SAY THE LEAST THEY MAKING IT FOR SURE!!!!

Really bummed that they forgot my oatmeal in my food order in the drive thru this morning. I’m on my way to go have a baby and wanted the oatmeal for the extra protein and don’t have time to turn around. No phone lines were going through to try get a refund.

In cafe order was smooth and friendly, Food was quick to be heated and served. Unfortunately, my very simple “venti iced green-tea with 3splenda” took over 15 minutes. I was told that they had a “certain” order from which they could not deviate. Ok, I get that, but people who literally entered the cafe AFTER ME, ordered at the register AFTER ME were being served their drinks-hot and cold- BEFORE ME!The drive through and mobile orders are usually top notch service. The register barista was great. Its a shame the “line” baristas were not.Note to self, do not order in cafe at Centerton Starbucks?
