SAVE YOURSELVES & DO NOT GO HERE!!! The slowest service we have ever received & the staff was slugging out drinks in misery. This Starbucks deserves no stars and it took 45 mins for an iced tea - took over 2 minutes in between any drink to be made. Not kidding 45 mins for an iced tea. How embarrassing for this Starbucks to actually be called Starbucks.
Showed the manager our stop watch on phone and she stepped it up slightly. Hey you could go get an oil change faster!!! 😂

Extremely slow. Employees are too busy splitting up tips into envelopes, while the line grew longer & longer with seemingly zero concern from manager.

Charged me for a brown sugar oat cortado which is what I asked for and gave me a plain black coffee. $6.00. No one was even in there, how difficult is it to read a ticket and make the correct drink? Oh by the way the black coffee - totally not what I ordered, was disgusting.

Horrible experience.The baristas act like they don't want to work, took 30 min to get a caramel Frappuccino. you need to see this, moving extra slow. They need to shut it down.

The matcha was grainy and didn't match the image shown, too much matcha powder and way too much caffeine. I can't taste the lavender foam and I can hardly see it. Nor can I taste the brown sugar or vanilla.
