I have a dairy allergy and specifically asked multiple people if the egg whites had dairy in them, and was told they do not. After eating them something tasted off and I decided to go online and look up the ingredients… They have milk, cheese and cottage cheese in there… The negligence of the Starbucks staff Caused me to have a health issue. The phone number listed is disconnected and there seems to be no way to contact them for a refund, which is just bad business.

The worst experience in this place, I do not recommend it at all, and the service was the worst and they also say that they are not linked to the "Starbucks" company and they charge double of a normal place.

Recommended, Fast friendly service. Stopped for break from driving. Fast service, hot sandwich and coffee, friendly employees.
2 people working, 1 person in line behind me, but they're "too busy" to put out a sign saying the have no food or even flip down the standing menu signs. No apology for not having food.

There’s literally no Starbucks at this location. It’s probably at the nearby Sunoco, but not here.
I have a negative experience, I bought two expresso Coffee, one was served within the usual service and the second one could not see the bottom of the glass, I made the relevant complaint, but was ignored. I hope the store manager will attend to my complaint.

The employees working in Starbucks James Cooper were very unprofessional, rude and have no idea about their own menu or what and how to make it.How come Starbucks don’t train their employees before they start serving customers?Who is accountable for quality control and employee training here ?Very dissatisfied and disappointed in James Cooper Starbucks.Never going back again.
Four staff on duty but only two seems to be working. One on register and one on making drinks.Other two were just here and there.No wonder why the waiting line so long.

Was passing through on a long trek back to Massachusetts. Jonathan, the barista, provided a hot, fresh and made right cup of coffee for FREE. He was very kind and generous. It was first thing in the morning and he said it was his policy to make the first cup of the day he serves "on the house". Overall, a very pleasant experience and I was grateful for his generosity.

They took a long time to complete a simple order then they gave us a receipt with the WRONG total, no adress and a fake 888 phone number. We asked for a real receipt. It took over an hour for a manager to WRITE out an itemized
