Always busy, inconsistent quality of drinks, and service is just okay. When they’re on they’re on though. It could be that they’re inundated from being near two major highways and a slew of businesses and hotels.

Drive thru is inconsistent with following instructions. Staff changeups can really reflect as much at the one by aLoft. They don’t communicate to confirm as well as other locations, and they designate no whip cream when it’s clear that you say yes to whip cream. If someone requests almond milk, and they have to ask about the whip cream anyway, it’s ridiculous for the barista to think to decide otherwise for them. As it turns out, higher fat creams propose limited dairy-type issues for many individuals that would not wish to chug a canister of dairy. I allowed for one less pump of the pumpkin spice sweetened syrup knowing that the whipped cream would complement, but someone apparently required a medical justification to follow through on the whipped cream because I preferred the almond milk. That’s ridiculous, and I don’t have time for it at those prices.

I want to hate Starbucks but you know the deal. Best sugar milk drinks around.
The baristas here are so incredibly kind!! I spilled my coffee all over the inside of my car, and they not only replaced my coffee - they also gave me some towels and water so I could clean out my car. They made my day and reminded me there are still good people out there. Thank you so much!!!!

Love our local Starbucks. I've actually never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and accommodating. I feel like I'm there all the time lol, it's right down the street from our apartment. Also, love their selection of whole bean coffee. I grind it at home in the morning.
