EMMA IS THE QUEEN OF STARBUCKS!!! 𤊠I've never met a manager as amazing as her! Her passion, kindness, and dedication to her team and customers are truly inspiring. She makes every visit to Starbucks a delight, and her energy is infectious! If I could give her a million stars, I WOULD!!! This Starbucks has been the greatest addition to the area. The staff are always so friendly and make it feel so welcoming. A lot of us dance moms and the kids go there to hang out and it's something I look forward to. Especially, when you get messages like this from my most recent visit the other night.

I will say that the lady at the drive thru window was really nice. However, I paid over $7 (because I tipped) for a Grande and this is how much coffee I received. I had not taken a single drink when I took this picture. I get that whipped cream melts, but that's a pretty significant amount of missing coffee. Really disappointing.

1-10-26 1st shift the short Chinese looking lady doesnât but all the ingredients that they charge you for on the online order no extra shots , or extra ingredients just taste like hot milk how I know cause the taste and she made it in 10 seconds

I came to this location this morning with my husband, now I usually go to this Starbucks 2 to 3 times a week due to it being on my way to work and this is the only Starbucks I will go to. However. this morning I am done with Starbucks. My husband and I came in to get coffee and breakfast and we were helped by the lady below. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees or so I thought. After we received the breakfast sandwiches and one of the coffees the lady who rung us up asked what we were waiting for I replied the other coffee. She said I didnât t ordered a second one she replied that she took it off because she thought I only wanted the cold one. So she walked off in the back behind the closed door and then came back with attitude I asked her what her problems was because she was very unprofessional and I was just there yesterday and the same girl was in there. She then got even more unprofessional so we asked for a manager she said she is the manager so we asked her what her name was because I was going to call corporate and be sure to leave a review with her name. She refused to give it to me and told me to leave the store. I replied I was not leaving and asked for a refund because who is going to trust food when it was made by someone like that. Her next response was leave the store and she is calling the police. Now my husband and I were so calm so what exactly are you calling the police about. At this point she took all the employees in the back with her left the drive thru and all the customers there and just stayed in the back just peeking through the opening of the door. A guy with long hair in a pony tail walked past us and I asked him if he work her and if he could give me her name he also did not say nothing and she pulled him in the back as well. They then all came back to where they should be peeked at the drive thru and I said to one of the girl working why is she acting like that when we did nothing wrong and
asked her if we did something she just looked at us like she wanted to say no but was scared. They then lol went back to the back again and another black customer came in and sat down she asked us if anyone was working I said they were all hiding behind the door. The lady then went to knock on the door to get them to help her and said she was picking up a mobile order the same girl got unprofessional with her as well. And they got into a little of an argument only because the lady was trying to get help. I am not sure who this âmanagerâ is but she is going to cause Starbucks money. I am not sure if it is a race thing or what. Then the police arrived (nice) explained the situation to them and he tried to say the girl said we were trespassing and would not give us. Refund and said to take it up with corporate. I will be calling the district manager because I have never been thru any mess like that
Ordered an iced americano with light cream and I was basically given a cup of milk with a hint of espresso. But they made sure to ask me for a tip for the poorly made drink.

I am a Starbucks lover, literally get drinks 2-3 times a week. This place has made my drinks COMPLETELY wrong multiple times and itâs very frustrating. They always put lemonade instead of water in teas when you specifically pick no lemonade. Once they gave me a black coffee when I ordered black tea. The labels on the drinks are always right and they just slap it on the drink even when itâs wrong. Drinks are always remade but itâs such a waste of time to drive all the way back. Such a shame!
They are always so attentive when I bring my dogs with me and always offer them treats and I love that! Plus my order is made to perfect every time.

never get my drinks right. Always order light ice so can have extra foam . But they never give the extra.
No matter you order regular foam or extra. They are the same.
Never going back.
Btw the one at cherry hill (600 route 38) are the best!!!

I was there this morning. The man with the long brown ponytail was working the drive through. I got two coffees with the vanilla syrup. Neither of them had the syrup in them, though. Which Iâm sure was an honest mistake. When I went inside and said this, a female barista gave me attitude, snatched the drinks from the counter and said she would remake them. With an attitude. Then she just placed them infront of me. I said thank you so much because I work in food service so I felt very bad having them remake it. But she slammed them on the counter and didnât even say like âhere you goâ or anything. Quickly slammed them and walked away. Didnât say youâre welcome either. Very disappointment because they are apparently trying to make their environment more friendly (writing on the cups etc). Definitely wonât come back to this location.

Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Behavior.
I had a very upsetting experience at this Starbucks location. My friends and I ordered coffee/food and sitting at outside table, when it was close to the 9:00 PM closing time an employee (** donât want to call out the name) abruptly closed the doors right in our faces without any courtesy or communication. When we politely asked if we could step inside just to throw away our trash in the bins, the employee responded with unnecessary aggression. Shockingly, she was prepared for an huge argument â completely uncalled for and downright disrespectful.
This kind of unprofessional and hostile behavior is unacceptable, especially from a brand known for customer service. We werenât asking for anything unreasonableâjust to be treated with basic decency. I hope Starbucks management addresses this incident seriously.

Itâs a Starbucks. You know what youâre going to get. The problem with this one is that the music is always so loud! You can barely hear the person right in front of you talking. So whatâs the point of going out for a coffee if you canât talk to the person youâre with, or have a tranquil moment with your cup, or catch up on some work?
