We got our wedding cake through SunFlour and it was absolutely delicious! We will be returning next year to get a small version of our cake, because the cake was just too good to save in the freezer for a full year!

I bought a slice of cheesecake over there a few weeks go. They pointed where the utensils are.. I am partially blind & I asked one of the girls who worked there can she please help where it is because I can’t see very well. She aggressively opens the Utensil dispenser in a spiteful manner. When I finished my cheesecake and greeted them, thank you, they did not say anything and gave me this smug look. I really wanted to enjoy this cheesecake and the baked goods. But I can’t get pass unfriendly and & terrible costumer service.

Sunflower Bakery is amazing! We ordered cupcakes for my retirement party. Everyone loved them. We ordered regular cupcakes and vegan cupcakes. They were all so fresh and delicious!!!!

I’ve used this bakery every year because my mom has a dairy allergy & loves their vegan cake. Unfortunately, after today’s phone call I have to say we won’t be giving them business again which is unfortunate because they do have good vegan options. I was told they are “too busy & have too many orders for the week” so they were unable to take my order for a cake. Calling a week in advance is always when I have placed my order in the past because that should be more then enough notice & I have never come across this issue until today. Just disappointed with this customer service today & now having to scramble to find another bakery who offers vegan options.

So I got this bakery as a recommendation from a few people on our local Facebook page. I was looking to put a tray together for the vet office who really helped with our dog. I didn't realize they were closed on Mondays so I emailed to ask about getting a tray and Maggie was beyond helpful and made sure to go above and beyond. She not only gave me great choices for the tray (everything sounded so good and it was hard to choose), but she hand wrote a card for me to add to the tray (she knew why I was putting it together). Maggie was so sweet in our emailed messages back and forth. She did me a HUGE favor with this tray and making it perfect.
Now while I personally did not get the chance to try anything from the tray, the vet office called and raved about it! They were grateful for the recognition in all they do and said everyone at the office was so excited about it. They said everything was wonderful!

We placed a custom cookie order for a college senior night celebration. 5 home/away jerseys (including names)for the seniors, and smaller home jerseys for the rest of the team. I provided a cookie example to illustrate what I needed and the owner took it from there. He told me that instead of printing the design details; that he would decorate them by hand. His confidence and demeanor left me knowing that my project was in good hands. I was expecting a good result, and what I got was so much more. Thanks to Russel and the staff for providing us we the best senior day gift that day.

I have trusted them with custom birthday cakes, bridal shower cakes, and holiday cakes. Their designs always turn out even better than I can imagine! Oh, did I mention that I didn’t think I like scones? Turns out, I just never tried a good one until I had the caramel apple one from Sunflour! The owners are just the sweetest too 🩷

Honestly, if to the employees if you are not interested in working and providing a decent customer experience, you should quit. To management, you should consider hiring people that are motivated and provide a good customer experience.
To pay a premium for baked goods and have a poor customer experience is unacceptable. Do better. Please.
