The fiesta potatoes were missing the cheese and the potatoes were burnt. The chicken chalupa barely had any chicken in spite of paying extra to swap out for chicken. The chalupa was stale and hard. The person preparing the food kept pulling up their pants with gloves still on and kept using the same gloves to handle food and prepare it. The sodas from the machine were flat. My order was also missing an item and had to remind them to complete it and it came in by the time we were half through our meal. This location is pretty bad on all fronts.

The service is terrible! For the high prices they charge, you’d expect better quality. I ordered a $10 taco, and instead of a proper filling, they stuffed it with the rice that’s supposed to come on the side. It’s unacceptable for the price we’re paying—definitely not worth it!

The wait times are becoming longer and longer. Went through the drive thru few months back and was waiting over 15 minutes for my food. I gave up and left. Tonight, I went inside to order and take out hoping it was faster. I was wrong. I waited 30 minutes just to pay for my food and another 20 to get my food. The manager seemed unfazed at the dinner rush, and staff was fooling around in the kitchen while a large group of people were waiting for almost an hour for their food.

If I could give zero reviews to this taco bell location, I would. They dont know what they are doing with your food and how to take orders. The other taco bell locations are way better
