This taco bell was recently placed here and it has to be the CLEANEST TACO BELL I'VE EVER SEEN! The employees are nice and constantly have a clean work station. The floor of the kitchen area is nearly spotless and that's impressive! Other Taco Bells should take notes from this location. Their seating area is also clean as a whistle and no sticky tables! Keep it up TB!

I LIVE IN THE AREA AND I JUST CAME TO GRAB A QUICK MEAL, I ORDERED SOMETHING WRONG, WHEN I CAME TO THE WINDOW THE CASHIER' HAD A BAD ATTITUDE, HOWEVER THE MANAGER QUICKLY CAME OVER TO THE WINDOW. HANDLE THE SITUATION AND PRECEDES TO HAND ME THE CORRECT DRINK I WANTED.. SHE WAS AMAZING, HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE AMAZING, HER ATTITUDE WAS AMAZING, AND I ASK HER WAS SHE THE MANAGER SHE SAID YES. I REALLY APPRECIATE SERVICE LIKE THIS WITH THE ECONOMY ALREADY ROBBING US BLIND. IT FEELS GOOD TO KNOW YOUR RESPECTED WHEN YOU PATRONIZE A BUSINESS AND ACTUALLY GET GREAT SERVICE FOR SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I went to Taco Bell recently, and ask if they have glute-free items. But misinformation was provided by the employee regarding gluten-free options - She just said “No! We don’t have anything gluten-free”. I was disappointment with the lack of accurate information because I went to the site and there was some gluten-free items (power bowl for example)I suggest that Taco Bell improve employee training on allergens to better serve customers with dietary restrictions and hope Taco Bell will take to address this issue, such as updating their menu or providing more comprehensive training for staff.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

They are supposed to be open until 1am and routinely sit inside and do not come to the drive through starting at 11pm or earlier. When u go to the window they ignore you or claim that their drive through is broken as the prompt states "were sorry were closed" when anyone pulls up, this has happened 4 times to me now and I've stopped trying; Mc Donald's is across the street and their nighttime service is stellar, with very kind employees.When I tried to submit my complaint to Taco Bell online, the submit button is a dead button (I tried on 2 devices on different days). I cannot comment on the quality of food because I haven't been able to get any of it, the food is only as good as the service available and those willing to prepare it; so far Taco Bell in Mt. Laurel has the worst service with rude nighttime employees that have no regard for their hours or quality customer service. If I had any means to tell them this directly, I would have, but unfortunately they made that impossible.On top of that, they then tore down the next closest one that actually had decent service most of the time and kind employees that did their job well. I hope they've moved on to better themselves.

The woman that too my order was so kind but the entire thing was messed up. I was missing two chalupas, and both burritos had beans which we cannot eat. So we paid 30$ for 6 soft tacos

We did an app order and when I went to the drive thru, Brianna greeted me and helped complete the process for our order. Very sweet and professional. Her attitude was friendly.Part of our order was wrong which is why I gave 4 stars.
