This is the crappiest Hilton staff I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional, unsympathetic, and lacking understanding. I booked a reservation at the last minute and had to cancel due to an emergency and change of plan. Now, I was fully aware of their same-day-cancellation policy, which states that there's a penalty for a same-day cancellation. Everybody knows that there are exceptional cases, and mine was because I had an emergency requiring immediate attention, and as a result I had to cancel my last minute reservation. I called later to explain why I couldn't make it and to have them waive the cancellation fee, they showed no sympathy at all, but kept reminding me of their policy and that I would get charged regardless. At the Hilton property I work, we would waive the fee provided that you were facing exceptional circumstances. I will never stay there and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. TEAM MEMBERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.
I frequently stay in Hilton properties for business over the past 10 years. This is the first time I have ever experienced bed bugs. I arrived at the hotel late after a work dinner. I woke up at 2:30 AM to find bed bugs crawling in the bed. I immediately packed up my items, let the front desk know about this infestation and left. I am now covered in bed bug bites, at least 50 bites all over my arms, neck and face. The manager has mentioned refunding my bill. For the amount of bites, I would assume these bugs have been there for a bit of time. I hope the hotel takes major action in removal of these bugs.
Manger need to train in employee better and have better system in place. I had my one year and had just got off a plane. They had already taken my deposit and talked about that I couldn’t get in a room
Rooms are clean. 20 minutes minimum to check in & no luggage racks! They lied about room service also! Hilton now is a low rating hotel! If you can orovide amenities you should lower your rate on rooms!
We reserved a block of rooms for the Dahodwala Wedding. As a host, I paid for seven rooms for the bridal party (about $4800.00 roughly on AMEX). I was assured that my VIP guests will get the VIP treatment at the hotel. Far from it. They got the worst possible. Sadly after the wedding, the bridal party members confided to me after much prodding about their absolute terrible experience at the Hilton (I am not going into the details to avoid distraction from the real issues) which shocked me. It appears like a well kept property, quite attractive and clean, but the managerial and service staff appears to be destroying it. I immediately complained to Ms. Denise T., Manager of Group Sales. She apologized with tears in her eyes and asked me to speak to Mr. Scott who is their brand officer and general mgr. Mr. Scott patiently listened and then told me about the challenges faced by the hotel; new night shift attendant, many new staff, cleaning staff issues, etc. Although sorry, he seemed helpless because as an employees he could only do so much I gathered from meeting with him. People above him should be made accountable for the messy operations. He also offered me a concession. But I told him the situation was serious enough for the corporate office to get involved and determine whether the property should be part of Hilton to protect the brand. I also told him I will report it which I am doing now. I am requesting the corporate office to contact me to further discuss the situation. Thank you.
This is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever been involved with and I only use Hilton hotels. I understand that is this a franchised Hilton location. Perhaps that's the reason. It is most definitely not up to the standards of other Hilton hotels. They do not honor promises made by their staff members. Extremely disappointed. Do Not Recommend Staying There. Very unhappy traveler!!!
Hotel was nice but two things were difficult to deal with: 1) all the doors slam shut and you have to listen to this early morning and late at night. 2) you can hear everything going on in the rooms next door and across the hall. It’s a very noisy place.
I had the worst hotel stay I’ve ever encountered here. I’ve stayed at this location before with no issues. The hotel appears to also now be subsidized housing, and unfortunately that didn’t mix well with business travel. I encountered a night of being evacuated due someone setting fire in lobby bathroom, another evacuation the following night because someone pulled the fire alarm, and when I checked out and left the back door had been taped open to allow people to come and go and there was glass everywhere. Also the hotel smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. So disappointing and not what people expect from a Hilton.
As a Hilton Honors Diamond members, I like to stay at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. A "me" weekend in the area brought me to this property. As is customary with most HH stays, I checked in digitally and chose my room the day before my arrival. When I got there I found reserved parking spots for Diamond members, a nice touch allowing less of a walk with luggage. I was greeted professionally at the front desk by a friendly clerk, and soon I was in my room. My first impression was that this place was very clean, and maybe that was true, but my sense was clouded by the smell of air freshener. Whoever had sprayed this in the elevators, hallways, and my guest room had overdone it. The smell was very evident to me throughout my stay no matter where I went on the property. My room was certainly amply sized, with plenty of space for my belongings. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi and TV kept me entertained. The bathroom was decent too, as there was plenty of room for my toiletries. No issues with lack of hot water or water pressure. My appetite for breakfast in the morning was dulled by the air freshener, which could now actually be sensed by my taste buds. I decided to instead hit the road and let a prominent fast food restaurant feed me instead. Check-out was another friendly and quick experience, as I opted as always to have my receipt e-mailed to me.
So I booked here I did not look closely at their web site Breakfast was not free It may have been my mistake I have never seen a motel change for breakfast The girl serving breakfast said it was on their web site I have never seen that

I stayed at this hotel just last weekend for my youth hockey tournament, it was very nice. The entrance was clean and neat. Check-in was easy and didn't take long, they also had free cookies out on the check-in desk which were very good. The room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, my only complaint is that the pillows were very soft and I personally like my pillows to be a bit more firm, it wasn't a huge deal but if your like me and like pillows to be more firm you should bring your own. The shower in the room was good and body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided and the water pressure was good. The hotel had a snack area which was nice, Breakfast in the morning was a bit odd because you have to pay for it but it was smooth and didn't take long and the breakfast was very good. Good: -Location -Clean -Lots of storage in the room Bad: -Pillows are very soft and they don't have more firm options (oppinion) Very very good stay, We will be back
Nice motel and handy location for our purposes. Clean and nice! Would certainly recommend staying here for short or long term. welcome amenities and nicely laid out. Should the occasion arise we would stay again.
Look around for other hotels, better options. Plain breakfast for $8 or $20. The hotel doesnt have amenities or features to charge for a breakfast that in other hotels is given. Just down the same highway there are other hotels, same price value per night but better for your wallet.
This hotel is a less expensive alternative to staying in Philadelphia, as long as you have a car. No NJ Transit nearby. The only thing within walking distance is the Cracker barrel next door. Exit 4 off NJ Turnpike and Exit 36A off 295. You need a car to get around this area.
Do yourself a huge favor and listen to the negative reviews. I wish we did. Where to even begin... We checked in digitally, but never received our key. So we went to the front desk to get a physical key. No one was there, we waited for probably 4 or 5 minutes then the front desk guy walks in front the parking lot. He doesn't greet us, he's on his bluetooth talking to someone and has a cigarette on his ear. He walks behind the desk and says do you need help? My husband says yes we need a room key please. The front desk continues his conversation with whoever he's talking to on the phone the entire interaction with us, it was so confusing. We go get our luggage and use the side door by the pool. This door was just cracked open and didn't even lock at all and never did through our 4 night stay, so anyone can just walk in at any time. We go to our room get settled in, my husband goes into the bathroom and yup the toilet doesn't work..there are also what looks like pube hairs on the tub floor. So we call down to the front desk and he tells us to come down to switch our room and keys. Get settled into our new room. About an hour later we're laying in bed and get a call from the front desk asking if we smoke newports? Like what the ? My husband's like no..why? And he's like I found a pack on the ground next to your car. (Ok A why are you out in the parking lot at night? Again? And B how do you know that's our car?) At that point, we seriously debated leaving the hotel altogether, but it was already so late at night. The carpet throughout the halls is dangerous. I tripped over several waves, definitely needs to be replaced. For days, literally 4 DAYS, there was the same trash littered in the parking lot and empty boxes left in the stairwell. No one cleans here and no one cares. We let hilton know as well and they were just like oh sorry hope you stay again. Are you kidding me? This hotel needs to be set on fire and rebuilt. Terrible all around.
