Concierge is very polite, location has plenty of things to do in the area. Swimming pools, tesla charger parking lot, Starbucks shop, and Walmart right across the street.

With 50 Tesla Chargers on the lot.. I don't know how or why but this place is awesome if you need to charge up your Tesla. It's great that's it's just right off of the turnpike where you can jump right back on after charging. Someone was definitely using their brain when coming up with this plan.

THE WATERPARK NO LONGER EXISTS. CONDEMNED SINCE COVID. ONLY OUTDOOR POOL. IF YOU PLAN TO BOOK FOR WATERPARK, DO NOT. THEY ARE ALSO UNDER THE NAME THE GRAND RESORT NOT THE HOTEL

Disgusting workers, making threats to call the police for my feet on the couch, and the elevators smell nauseating.

This place is worth every penny! I got a room here and it was actually too nice! Very quiet, very clean, and great customer service. I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't care about price and wants to stay some where that feels like a home away from home. Rooms were set up very nicely.

Walkability: Handicapped accessible from the beginning to the end. This hotel has elevators and wide hallways so if your handicapped or traveling with people who are this is a very handicap ♿️ friendly place

What a horrible experience.

My best friends sister was having a wedding event. The elevator by the hall on the 2nd floor, was not operative, so any elderly folks/ handicapped has to go to the other side, take the one elevator that worked, and then come back all the way around to the hall or go up two flights of stairs.

The main lobby area wasn’t bad, a little dated, the exteriors landscaping looked like they’re cutting corners, it’s nothing special.

The service…horrible. The servers would not even open up sodas and pour them for guests. For ice, they had these trays with ice in there to put your self. No coffee or tea. The poor caterer, was not allowed to use the fryers in the kitchen so he his team had to run up and down 2 flights of stairs to service the food. They used their fryers in their van. The caterer gave the hotel a list for everything needed for this event, apparently the evening of the event, the hotel owner demanded an extra $1500 for using the fryers.

The event staff was horrible. The Asian couple absolutely rude. The brides brother was trying to get the staff to give extra serving spoons for dinner to facilitate the line and was pushed by the Asian manager. Extremely disrespectful and rude staff.

Not to mention, not enough dinner plates, spoons etc. we had to keep telling them that these things are out.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for a wedding or event. There’s a Westin right next door that is very very professional.

Just meh. The place is really nice, but they dont have thr capital to maintain it. Front desk is insanely slow. Bar tender is great. This would be amazing, but they charge way too much for a three star

We stayed here two nights for my cousin's wedding last weekend. My sister's room was 79 degrees when they arrived, so they were switched to another room that was 78 degrees. We set the AC on cold to see if it would cool down while we were at the rehearsal. Five hours later we returned and it was 75 degrees. They were moved to another room and that worked well for them. The front desk staff were very helpful with that move. Our room was a great temperature, however it was weird that there was no microwave in our room. There was a communal microwave in the hallway by the elevators. The cleaning staff seemed odd and not helpful when asked questions. Also it looked like someone threw up in the stairwell and it was there both two days were there. Pretty gross. There was a convenient Walmart across the street and lots of restaurants around the area. There were often wet children walking around going to the water park.

For a non-chain hotel, it is a pretty decent place to stay. I stayed here for one night as this was closest to where I was attending a wedding and wanted to spend the night. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very congested with early check ins like myself. They were courteous and answered all of my questions in a polite manner. The only reason I give my stay a four star is for two reasons. The first being is that I was directed to a certain room number. Upon arrival to this room, my card would not work. I returned to the service desk only to be told "Oh sorry, I gave you the wrong room number". No huge deal. Once I arrived to my actual room, there were no towels. At all. Now the service desk did send someone up right away to give us towels but for the amount of money you are paying for a basic room ($160 plus $100 deposit which you are reimbursed), towels should none issue. Overall, they had good customer service and a clean room. I would still stay here again regardless of the hiccups I faced but would hope that these issues were just one offs and not a common occurrence.
