The 25 minute ride was worth it. Authentic flavors; had a side of Pernir and tried each of Chicken, Beef and Shrimp Empanadas. They were all excellent. The gentleman serving was very nice. Will be back..

Ordered a shrimp empanadas, which was filled with a tomato sauce that burnt my mouth. Empanadas don't usually come with liquid. Followed by a chicken bowl, which i did not get. I received a pernil (roast pork) bowl, which I don't eat. Most things are fried. When are folks gonna incorporate healthy food choices?

Had the pernil with white rice with habichuelas so good
The rice I didn't like it's tasted like too much Seasoning and a lot oil and the alcapurria it was two for 5 because it was very little ? and the person don't talk very well spanish. I didn't feel like I was Boricua in the environment.

Food great . It was the best PR food in the tristate area .
The san juan sliders were delightful. ? the pernil was exquisite. Bacalaitos were so good I've decided to name my first son bacalao.

some of the best Puerto Rican food around. I PROMISE
Originally I’m from Camden NJ, so it isn’t that hard to find multiple places there that have great food. Yesterday I was out on a job and I decided to stop here when I seen a Spanish truck in a more Caucasian populated area. Nonetheless, the food was very delicious the portions could be a bit larger for the $15 price tag but the flavor is definitely there. I would recommend this to be a lunch spot and I’ll definitely be back. I ordered the White rice and beans with pernil.

Not what I was expecting, I was definitely expecting more food options. It was kind of expensive for just rice and meat I pay a couple dollars more and I get salad and sweet bananas with my meal somewhere else and can have the option of three different meats instead of two. The atmosphere and service were good. Thank you.

My wife and I ate here at the Mercer County Cultural Festival and was amazed by the flavor of their food. Cooked to perfection and delicious. Wish I had more rice but still very delicious.

I am disguisted with this Spirit of san juan ...the food isnt the quality it use to be and during Hainesport 100th celebration the food reached a new all time low ..the rice platters have nothing the portions are a shame like 4 spoons of rice..total rip off the shouild be a shame of themselves and the chicken empanadas were stale and dry..I wont be buying from that truck again.... highly disappointed!!!!
Absolutely delicious and authentic!
I looked for a long, long time for a Latin food place that reminds me of being at home in the Caribbean. Their food is definitely delicious. Try their rice with pigeon peas, pernil, meat empanadas and their tres leches. God, it's delicious.
I am lucky to have this truck in my neighborhood. The food is made fresh to order and the staff is very friendly. Everything I've had is super delicious. The prices are extremely fair. I can't wait to go back soon.
Food is always delicious. Love the pollo bowl!
