I tried buying alcohol and they won't sell me because I have a Canadian license. And they are very antisemitic and they kept on coming over to us and we're being very rude and threatening to kick us out

I went with a group of 7 friends. Even though the menu options are limited to burgers, chicken sandwiches, tacos, nachos and few others the food was delicious. We had fun hitting some golf balls. The atmosphere was great except for the cold. Overall great experience for my first time.

I dont know gow these people got such 4 ratings, Topglof at Mt.laurel township is very worst. Especially front desk staff is very rude. One of the front desk staff says we are very popular so we are like this. such a bad attitude have never seen. Especially you are going to Topgolf dont ever go to topglof located in mountlaurel township, NJ.

We had our son’s birthday party at Top Golf in Mount Laurel and it will be the last time we ever pay for an event there. It was absolutely not worth the money and I was extremely disappointed. We had booked three bays and the “buffet” that was advertised consisted of two small trays that were finished within minutes. They were definitely not worth $260. The family and friends in the third bay waited 50 minutes to get their drinks and when we asked the event host for the status he rolled his eyes and said he doesn’t run the drinks. 50 minutes is absolutely unacceptable when I was paying close to $900 to have the party!! The event host was extremely rude the entire time. I asked for a fork and he responded with an attitude. My husband asked for a straw and he threw 10 at him. We had ordered pretzels as an appetizer to hold over three 7 years olds while they waited for their meals, the pretzels took 75 minutes and came out with the rest of the food. Our cake was placed under a heat lamp and the icing burnt and when I asked to put it in the refrigerator I was again met with an attitude from the host. I understand people have bad days but this was absolutely unacceptable and the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the atmosphere.

I don't blame the waiter, he was trying his hardest, but I could tell their POS system, the way they handle checks/orders, and however the kitchen is ran was absolute garbage. We kept getting either the wrong meals or none of the meals came out correctly, and out of order. People in our party who ordered first got their food way after the last people who ordered. My cousin got his meal 20min until our reservation was over. Then after our reservation was over and the next reservation had showed up to our bays, our waiter and manager were still fighting with the POS system to divide up our food checks. Took them about 30min to divide the food for 12 people into 4 checks. I saw the waiter walk between multiple POS screens, which tells me he was having issues with them. I've heard from some who have been to this TopGolf before that the service is awful, and the food never comes out on time or correctly. Idk how this place continues to deal with these problems instead of listening to customers and fixing the problems. If I come back to topgolf, I'm bring in outside food, because I'm not dealing the food service here. The golfing is great though! But that side of it is basically automated, so of course there were no problems there.

I normally love top golf however I did not have a good experience this time. When we first arrived we ordered our drinks. We wanted a second to look at the menu to order food however our waiter disappeared. He did not check on us at all! We had an hour playing time - we didn’t get to place our food order until 40 minutes into the game! By the time we got our food we had 5 minutes remaining. On top of that we asked for some BBQ sauce - we were told we had to ask our waiter (who was MIA again lol). When he did show up he had our check (mind you we only had our food for about 5 minutes at this point) . When he came back again, my husband was mid bite and the waiter was asking us how we were going to pay (he just brought the check out barely 5 minutes ago). He didn’t ask us if we wanted to extend, if we needed anything else, etc. Everything was rushed ! I’m assuming it was because no more playing time but if he didn’t go MIA for 40 minutes we would’ve had time to eat and play within that hour. To end this terrible experience we paid him with cash and he then proceeded to tell us he did not have change lol this was really terrible . They also got my drink wrong - MIND YOU the waiter asked me if i wanted flavor in the margarita lol like why ask me just to not make sure its done? We went at 10:30PM on a Saturday!

This was an unbelievably flawed experience. We made a reservation and we got our bay. So far so good.
Then our helper comes over, and then instructs us how to start the game. After paying the $5 membership per person, we start the game, and then we ask if we could apply our free T-mobile tuesday BOGO hour (and free queso/chips) on Sunday. He says, "sorry, you're supposed to do that at the beginning so I can't apply it anymore". So we didn't get our extra hour of golf from T-mobile Tuesdays. A shame, but at least we can get our free chips and queso right?
The server says "yeah, sure", and we get our chips and queso and finish our 1 hour of golf. I will admit, the golf was fun. Then the receipt comes and we see that THEY CHARGED US FOR OUR FREE QUESO AND CHIPS.
I see this, and then ask the server. He says "my bad, sorry". We ask him if we can take the charge off, and he says, "sorry, we can't do that or else it'll void your credit card for 3 days". So then he says instead, "here's a $10 voucher that you can use for next time, and you know what, I'll give you 2".
I'd rather have my money back because I'm not really too inclined after this experience to come back and spend more money on this scuffed place, but at this point, whatever. I turn the card around, and the print says "1/2021".
It's currently 6/20/2021. It's already expired?

And on top of this, the fine print on the card states "Only one (1) coupon may be used per group/bay". So first of all, I can't use the voucher because it already expired, and then I can only use 1 of the 2 vouchers if it actually wasn't expired and if I for some reason ever decided to come back here. Topgolf, that's just not right.
I can't get an extra free hour from the BOGO deal from T-mobile, YOU CHARGE ME FOR THE FREE QUESO AND CHIPS, and then instead of subtracting the extra amount from the total bill, you say that you're not allowed to, and proceed to award me with 2 expired vouchers (which I can only fully use if I come back 2 separate times).
It was truly a bad experience for my party, hopefully anyone else that goes here doesn't go through what happened to us.
I'm giving it 2 stars because the golf experience was fun, but there are some glaring issues on how Topgolf manages things here.

Edit: I contacted their customer service and it's like talking to a brick wall. It takes days for them to respond, and they ended up doing nothing. Don't even waste your time trying to contact their support team. Very dissatisfied, 1/5 stars.
