Awful taste and rude customer service

Food and service is average (weird ordering system that doesn't make the line move quickly). The main reason for 2 stars is they are SLOW. I'm waiting for someone to explain how it takes 15-20 minutes to make a sausage, egg and cheese in the morning (before 9). Do I really need to call ahead or just go to Wawa?

The best bagel sandwich and iced coffee in South Jersey. I hope their success will bring forth a second location soon! Fingers crossed. I know everyone in Burlington and Mount Holly love them.

The African America.fenale working as cashier is rude. She behaves like she is larger than her job or something. No eye contact, no smile, inpatient. This is not the first time and definitely not a good experience. Be ready.

Have come here many times. The bagels are fine and i LOVE the iced coffee. Unfortunately, I can't justify the 30-45 min wait times for the food any more. Victoria's could benefit from bringing in a professional who can rearrange the kitchen and put in better systems. Really only recommend for loose bagels if and only if you preorder.

The food is amazing, but that’s NOT the problem. The problem is they said my order would be ready by a certain time, i gave them till 30 minutes after that time and still no order. I go up and ask and they 5 mins.
They hadn’t even made it yet. Carelessly taking other peoples orders and people who walked in after me got theirs way earlier. This has been the second time this has happened. This should never happen to anyone and they should take more care about their orders…

I’ve never actually been to Victorias - BUT someone at my job had brought bagels and CC in. And oh my gosh. I love bagels and I am particular about them. These were delicious. So soft but with a slight crisp. They also felt so light, like I could eat 3 more. Scallion CC was also sooo good! Definitely have to come out and buy some

Maybe this place did well in the past. I wish I had read the recent reviews before visiting because it was just sad in here. I’m currently here watching 5 workers who look like they’re here over the summer break from high school run around without order. The phone is ringing off the hook. I may have seen 1 adult pop his head out in the entirety of my time here. There isn’t any music playing which makes the vibe feel so much more… dead. It is busy but it feels like no one wants to be here. There are orders stretching across the line and there is no one to expedite the process. This is probably why there are no owners or managers here to oversee these workers. Money is coming in and since it still is without leadership, why should a leader be there? Sorry Victoria’s Bagel Bistro, I wanted to become a regular here but I won’t be coming back after this. It won’t matter to you because you don’t care about your customers. It shows in the way that you manage your staff.

I placed an in-person order at 8:30 am for a plain bagel (not toasted) with egg. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes, I inquired about my order and was told that I never placed it. I showed the staff member who had assisted me, but they denied it. Eventually, they found my order in the POS system.

I explained that I had a meeting and asked how much longer it would take. The person at the grill said it would be another 15 minutes. At this point, I was extremely upset. I felt like I was being accused of lying about placing the order. I decided to cancel my order, but the refund process was chaotic, and I received no apology.

As a local resident, this experience has been deeply disappointing. The service is consistently disorganized, and this incident was the final straw. I will not be returning.
