A friend and I were on a trip to see Big Rusty and when hungry for lunch we decided to go to Victorias Bagels for the first time ?. Not only does it have fantastic food for a decent price but the workers are very friendly. I recommend everyone nearby try these bagels ?

How this place has such good reviews is beyond me. For south Jersey the bagels themselves are good, but that’s if you’re able to even get one. They give you a time 40 minutes after you place your online order and then you go to pick it up and STILL have to wait an extra 40 minutes JUST TO GET BAGELS TO GO or end up with a cold, limp bagel sandwich!!!!! I could’ve made my own batch of bagels in the almost two hours I waited. It’s truly insane and I don’t understand how a business can operate like that.

Their bagels were excellent.However, coffee was not hot. When I told them that the coffee wasn't hot, they insisted it is hot, as if I was lying. I dipped my finger all the way and showed them. They cared less. They don't have a microwave to heat up.I had already paid, and they didn't offer the refund money for coffee. I left the coffee with them without a refund and walked out.Terrible service ? and indifferent ? attitude.

My husband and I went in for bagel sandwiches. It was packed but we didn’t mind waiting the half hour for our bagels. His sausage egg and cheese came out warm and my toasted bagel with cream cheese was ice cold. Really annoyed and while we know they are busy they should have managed timing better especially since we didn’t even order ahead.

Ordered my 2 sandwiched for 9:05 and then proceeded to be told they never put my ticket to be processed and then stood there for a 1/2 hr while people came in and ordered and recicved there orders as I still stood there! Horrible experience to say the least!

Disappointed in how this business handled a refund request. I received a sandwich that was falling apart and soggy, practically inedible. I called and requested a refund but was denied due to their policy of "refunds only being issued upon the return of the product." I explained that I am no longer in the area and I am unable to return the sandwich. The owner offered a credit but due to the poor quality of the sandwich (which was over $8) & the lack of customer accommodation, I informed her that I will not be back. I have been a customer here for a long time, never receiving a sub-par product before. Its a shame that certain businesses no longer practice good faith.
