Very unsatisfactory service, firstly did not acknowledge that I walked into the building or counter. Secondly, waited over 15 min for my order to then receive the wrong sandwich. Lastly, did not prioritize my sandwich even though I have now waited for more the 20 min for my meal! Needless to say I won’t be heading back there anytime soon! Staff needs better work ethic!l and customer service skills.

The dining room was closed, and the guy at through the window was very rude. The order was messed up, and we drove away without anything because I wasn't paying a rude idiot who could not get a simple order right. The food has gotten costly and not worth the aggravation for the rudness by the employees. If you don't like your job, find another one!

Food was ok exactly what you expect from fast food, super fast at drive through window, not friendly at all though. The only words spoken was the total price, nothing more. Person at the window made me feel like I was really bothering them. Won’t be returning here.

Horrible just horrible!!! I would never return. Was at this location 11/19/2023. While my mother and i was patiently waiting for our food (which was taking way too long for the business being completely empty) we noticed two different customers came in after us, placed an order, received their food and had already left out the restaurant and our food still wasn’t being prepared or worked on which was only fries and nuggets…that is all we ordered. My mother very politely asked the manager is our food next and the manager with an attitude says “i dont know im just helping out, it goes by ticket order” but she was the one preparing the food so she knew our food should have been given to us by then. And if it went by ticket order we should had gotten our food before the 2 customers that came in after us and left before us. Mind you we were the only customers in the store beside a gentleman sitting down eating and only one car was in the drive thru. After we noticed our food still wasn’t being prepared and us being ignored I politely requested a refund. The manager was VERY ignorant about the refund and acted like we were in the wrong. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I forgot to get the manager name but it was early afternoon and she was pretty ignorant as well to the cashier that was taking care of us.

Arrived a bit after 9. Doors were not open. We went to.the drive thru window to ask when they'd be open and the worker started yelling at my husband. He kept telling him to go back to the drive thru and my husband was trying to explain he wanted to go inside. Worker yelled that he wasn't going to argue that early in the morning. Would not eveb go back when they actually open.
