Your service could be a lot better. You had cars waiting longer than normal, only to be told your card reader stopped working and pay only with cash. Why take the orders and not advise customers of your problem?

I’m not sure what was going on, but the service was abysmal today and slower than molasses! There were only 3 cars in line, including mine, but it took almost 25 minutes before I got my food.I know, I know! I should have left! But right as I was about to take off, the employees finally took the guys order in the first car and he pulled around. At that point, I’d already invest about 8 minutes and I REALLY wanted a frosty! I assumed that the line would move quickly at that point. But I assumed wrong.The wait continued to drag on and by the time I got to the window, I was less than amused. Especially when I realized why things were going so slow. The employees were goofing off, not paying attention, definitely not at their posts, and completely losing track of even simple interaction with customers because they were too busy talking and laughing with each other about inappropriate things. Just paying was like pulling teeth. The guy was not rude in the traditional sense and when he actually shifted his attention towards me he was reasonably pleasant. Not great, but within reason. Unfortunately, his attention was clearly elsewhere a hood 90-95% of the time.As I said at the beginning, i’m not aSure what was going on. This is not the one by my house, so I don’t really have a frame a reference to compare. They could just be having an “off day” or something. But no matter what, the district or franchise management team needs to step and perform a thorough performance audit to make certain this is not the norm.Because I assure you…. This level off service is wholly unacceptable. I likely will not ever return…. I wonder how many other customers have quietly walked away and never returned?

Walked in for just a Frosty not something they could really mess up. One thing that does bother me in a fast-food restaurant is when there is no one in the dining room and everywhere you look, Dirty Tables! Like, all of them. I know someone had the time to clean the tables while the restaurant wasn't busy. Having to search for a clean table in a dirty restaurant irks me.Today was another day. I thought maybe I would try a burger. As not busy as it was, I got a cold burger on a stale bun with cheese that was never even melted. The counter was gross with spilled milk shake all over it. After dealing with the not so pleasant staff I decided to go and sit down and eat my burger. After searching the entire dining room for a clean table, which I mentioned above on another day, I picked the cleanest looking of the bunch. As I pulled out the crumb covered chair it became clear this dining room had not been cleaned all day. People, I hate to tell you but this is the place the customer sees. My mind automatically wonders what the kitchen looks like at this location. Bad food, poor service, and cleanliness issues. Sad thing is it's obvious that poor management is to blame here. That's too many categories not to be. I'm sorry Wendy's but I won't be back. At least not at this location. Frosty was good though. Just not good enough to make up for the rest.

I'll give it two stars only because the staff is very friendly. I ordered 20 mins into Wendy's lunch starting. Somehow all the food is cold and tastes old and strange. I couldn't eat any of it. They also forgot my fries.

French toast sticks were rubbery and tasteless. Went back because two items were missing from the order and an employee tried to convince me I was wrong before correcting the order. Way too many better options around the area to spend your money on.

6/9/2023. I entered the store 10:20 PM. But all staff were surprised when they saw me. Woman at the counter kicked me out without explanation. I didn't know that the store is closed after 10pm. Coz the door was opened. It's crazy. They just kicked me out.

This store in Eastgate had like warm breakfast food when ordered at 10am. Many other stores near by the food was much more at normal temperatures. Hope the staff tries harder to serve accurate food
