Requested well done wings but they were barely fried.
Order took forever to get prepared.

So this wingstop needs to be closed down. Or need new management and workers because the customer service is TERRIBLE. I walked in today to grab my order for carry out and was not acknowledged whatsoever. I thought to myself okay they are busy and I’ll wait because I see my food on the counter I just need someone to hand it to me. So I was watching the football game on my phone to pass the time (standing at the carry out sign) and every minute I kind of look up to see if they are less busy so I can just say my food is right on the counter right there. And I keep seeing each of them continue to cook and work and look at me standing there and I start to think okay they might be about to come up here. Now at this point I’ve been standing for about 7 minutes and still haven’t been spoken to so I decide to just shout excuse me to them and say my food is right on the counter right there I have a carry out order. And they continue to work and not even look at me. And I say excuse me again and again and nothing at all. Then the two other people in there say that they have just been i goring everyone. I ended up just going to grab my food myself because they refused to service me and did they even care nope! There needs to be new management around there and new workers with some form of decency and care for their customers. It’s embarrassing!! Do better!

The soda machine and tea dispenser are all messed up. When you go to fill your cup it just sprays all over the place. When i walked in, the girl working the counter walked up texting on her phone. Then when i was waiting another customer was trying to order food and shes scrolling on her cell phone and ordering food from somewhere else using the phone at the front counter! Rude and unprofessional. Doesnt matter what kind of job setting it is. The ONE guy that was cooking was doing hos thing though. Guess he had to since there were only 3 employees and he was the only one actually doing anything.

The food is great but the service is some of the worst I have ever seen. The employees are rude and lazy. They take forever to make an order even when absolutely no one is in the place. The other day my family ordered and after an hour they decided to cancel the order for no reason when we could have been ordering something else. The service is absolutely ridiculous and they need to do better.

We placed an order online and were given a pick up time within 30 minutes. Upon arrival the place was utter chaos! Stood in line for over an hour on Football Sunday waiting for our order. Everyone in the place was feeling the same frustration. There is clearly no leadership there. Many people were returning to the facility with incorrect orders and demanding their money back. When we finally received the order, the wings had ZERO sauce on them even tho we ordered Hot Honey, the fries were cold, soggy and overloaded with salt. 100% our first and last time here! I would put money on it that wing stop will not last very long in Mt Laurel. Worst service and experience ever. Do not waste your time.

I walked in and there was someone waiting at the register in front of me and not one person came to help us, in the mean time about 15 people were waiting for their orders. One guy asked for a refund since he had been standing there for 60 minutes waiting on his order. I walked out
