“Place is great. Beer is good and both inside and outside are set up well for just hanging out. Their dark lager is very good, breakfast stout was okay. They had a pretty good selection including hard seltzer. A threat of rain pushed the band inside and the event space easily handled the crowd, too bad because the outside area is pretty cool. The only thing I didn't like were the "dutch pours", they don't run the heads off so a few pours were a little light. Nice calendar of bands we'll definitely go back.”

“I ordered some items directly from thier website, for our Christmas party, to be prepared the next day. I did not get any feedback from the website that the order was accepted, I was unfortunately a little skeptical. I arrived at the time that I entered in the "schedule my order" box of the checkout page, mentioned my name and they handed my order right to me. All of the attendees enjoyed the General Tso w/ white rice, Boneless Spare Ribs and Beef Fried RIce.”

“Stopped by chilis for some lunch with my very HANGRY children. While my children were not on their best behavior and I was very clearly just trying to keep it together, in swooped in the manager Jess with crayons and some chips! She had the kids laughing and calmed down in just a few minutes, giving me the helpful hand I really needed to have a little peace in the storm of my day. She helped my son find some games on their tablet, he was thrilled! She also went above and beyond to make sure my daughters food allergies were personally addressed to the cooks, adding more peace to my day. We were just swinging by, out on errands, but now we will be sure to return!”

They delivered the food promptly and assisted us in setting everything up seamlessly. However, what truly stood out was the quality of the food. Every item was outstanding, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. “I just wanted to drop a review to mention that since Panera switched to Door Dash delivery, there's been so many problems and it's not the store's fault. My $40 order just magically went missing and I called Door Dash for them to ask me 'if I checked.' Um. Duh I checked? Then they said the driver had tried to contact me. Okay, show me where in my call records that was. No one ever had attempted to call me. When they told me there was nothing they could do, I was in the process of calling the store back when the manager called me back to check up on me. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was very apologetic and helpful when I told her what happened on the phone with Door Dash. Whomever was working 9/26 at around 5:30PM was very sweet and I feel badly that she probably has to do this quite a bit. If anyone at corporate is reading this, please look into your partnership with Door Dash. Apparently, this has been happening quite a bit and the workers of the store are the ones who get in trouble/blamed/yelled at for it. I'm sure there are plenty of people who are angry and had larger orders than me who probably went off on whomever was working. Before this, I've ordered from this Panera countless times and I've never had a single issue. Ever. The order was always perfect and timely. The drivers were kind and polite. It's just now that they made this switch that everything seems to have done a 180. For the sake of your workers (and honestly, business considering you just lost a $40 sale because someone stole my order), I would definitely look into this and not blame the workers of the store. Review are going to come back negative, obviously but it isn't their fault. Once again, thank you to the Mt. Olive store for helping me, I'm sorry that you also had to deal with this frustration.”
