Employee was extremely rude and asked us to wait in the drive thru for several minutes. When finally being helped he explained that he was IN THE BATHROOM and working alone, not able to make our coffee order. Would recommend corporate look into this location as there are many similar reviews. Unfortunately, I would not recommend wasting your time going to this location.

Don’t usually go to this Dunkin, I prefer the one on 322 which is on my way to work so I go there most days. This is *UNFORTUNATELY* the closest one to my house that I’ll occasionally go to on the weekend. I’ve gotten other not so great drinks here before but this time… They gave me a cup of milk, I even asked them to just top it off with more coffee and tried it that way. Tasted like a cup of milk. POLITELY, apologetically even asked for a new drink & got berated the entire time she remade it.

Gill. I have been disrespected for two years now and it’s getting to a point. The store closes at 8:30pm but he locks the door and will refuse to give food. This is around 5pm most days sometimes it has been earlier. May I mention I have been a loyal customer for awhile and there are two very king workers there which are the only reason that I’m still going to this dunkin. But Gill might need to take some notes because his attitude is horrible every time that he is there. I’m not asking Gill to be friends with me but I’m just asking for respect.

Since this Dunkin has been open, I have been constantly disappointed in the service. Gilli specifically has repeatedly locked the door hours before closing, refusing service, refusing food orders completely, and when asked to speak to a manager, he says he’s the manager, but he is not. I’m extremely disappointed because I come here every day after practice, I am a loyal customer of Dunkin’ Donuts, and I’m treated very disrespectfully day by day. Only by Gilli. It is extremely disappointing to come to Dunkin after practice and have the doors locked, and even if the doors were not unlocked to be refused food service and being treated like trash. I will not be returning until I get the service I deserve and I will not be keeping this place in business until Gilli is out of there.

Slow service, need more help.
Just showed up at 7:41pm on a Monday and the doors were locked and closed when they are advertised to be open until 9pm! I would give 0 stars if I had the option bc workers were inside and wouldn’t open the door for us! So rude and will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts!
Me and my friends walked 3 miles to this Dunkin to get free donuts for national donut day but when we asked for the free donuts worker ignored us at first then claimed that they had no donuts though clearly visible and was ignorant and closed the door on us.

The website says that this location is open until 9pm. When I got there at 7:15 the door was locked and the staff ignored me when I tried to get his attention. He was cleaning out the case of everything left and wouldn't even look at me.

Usually no issue but the manager of this place is disgusting and rude. Put his entire hand over the lid of my coffee and rested it there while waiting for my munchkins. I then opened the box to give a munchkin to my toddler in the backseat (and checked my mirror at least 3 times during this 30 seconds) no one was behind me. He then opens the window and says “is there a problem?” I responded “oh no I’m just giving one to my toddler real quick” he says “well move - I have a lot of people”. Literally so rude - it was 30 seconds and not one car behind me. So now that you took my money you will treat me that way?? Customer service is not dead - and when a manager acts this way it sadly trickles down. I will go out of my way to spend my money elsewhere at an establishment that speaks to me respectfully.
I wasn't even sure where I was. Nobody had on a uniform. Food was decent
