This Dunkin' Donuts regularly gives terrible customer service, as you can tell by the countless 1 star reviews! On multiple occasions, we've been told that we can't have any food. My daughter was kicked out for no reason whatsoever, she and her boyfriend were quietly sitting and eating the food that they paid for! They made them sit outside in the dark and cold without a ride! But today they took my 14 year-old son's money and then refused him the food that he paid for (as well as several of his friends). When I went down to get it for him, they also refused to give it to me and said I can call the manager! Who takes a child's money and then refuses them what they paid for?! If they don't want a group of students in there that is fine, but you can't take their money and they tell them they have to leave without giving them what they paid for. They are regularly rude, disrespectful and unreasonable!

They will serve u rock hard stale bread & hash browns and think nothing of it.. The croissant was so hard it crumbled like a cookie. The same happened when I ordered a bagel a while back. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

Wildly rude man who made me cry ..... made my drink wrong, no receipt, and then I came back around to ask for it to be right, he told me I ordered it that way when I in fact did not. Completely wrong drink. After going through the first time, I parked, went in, and they told me to leave and go through the drive through and then locked the door right behind me. It is 5:30 PM on a Tuesday, and they close at 9 PM. Unacceptable service. I went around asking them to remake it, the man refused and continued to disrespect me and flipped his hands when I said I'll just pay for a new one and he refused, but finally he made a new one after having to pay for it twice. No receipt the first time, had to ask for the receipt the second.

Walked in, there was so many people. I saw girls have to go up and reorder their food 2-3 times just to get it. The service was rude and they got my order wrong, giving me 2 drinks and 1 egg bite but not my coffee and munchkins. I went in to ask, and they said they never got a receipt for it. They LITERALLY DID.

After waiting for 5 minutes in the drive thru, I was finally greeted. I ordered a latte and was rushed to the window. He handed me an iced latte, I apologized and said I wanted it hot. He rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude saying I have to mention that when I order. A few minutes later a chick with an attitude handed me my order. Such a shame

everyone is very nice here but everytime i go my food is always cold, or messed up. i get the same thing every time. i always get a iced matcha latte with oatmilk. very simple yet it’s always messed up. they usually give me white milk instead of oat and today they decided to throw coffee in my matcha which was very odd. today i ordered the chipotle hashbrown wake up wrap and it was smothered in sauce not even enjoyable. i threw it all away im very disappointed every time i come here so im done visiting this place.

This has to be the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every single employee has a smile, an extremely welcoming vibe and ALWAYS gets my order 100% correct. I’ve never had even the SLIGHTEST issue with this location and it seems as if every single trip, it gets even better. My coffee is always mixed perfectly, my bagels are toasted, cream cheese is never too much or too little, these employees go out of their way to create an outstanding customer interaction and most definitely deserve their recognition!!!

Employee was extremely rude and asked us to wait in the drive thru for several minutes. When finally being helped he explained that he was IN THE BATHROOM and working alone, not able to make our coffee order. Would recommend corporate look into this location as there are many similar reviews. Unfortunately, I would not recommend wasting your time going to this location.

Don’t usually go to this Dunkin, I prefer the one on 322 which is on my way to work so I go there most days. This is *UNFORTUNATELY* the closest one to my house that I’ll occasionally go to on the weekend. I’ve gotten other not so great drinks here before but this time… They gave me a cup of milk, I even asked them to just top it off with more coffee and tried it that way. Tasted like a cup of milk. POLITELY, apologetically even asked for a new drink & got berated the entire time she remade it.
Gill. I have been disrespected for two years now and it’s getting to a point. The store closes at 8:30pm but he locks the door and will refuse to give food. This is around 5pm most days sometimes it has been earlier. May I mention I have been a loyal customer for awhile and there are two very king workers there which are the only reason that I’m still going to this dunkin. But Gill might need to take some notes because his attitude is horrible every time that he is there. I’m not asking Gill to be friends with me but I’m just asking for respect. TCR

Since this Dunkin has been open, I have been constantly disappointed in the service. Gilli specifically has repeatedly locked the door hours before closing, refusing service, refusing food orders completely, and when asked to speak to a manager, he says he’s the manager, but he is not. I’m extremely disappointed because I come here every day after practice, I am a loyal customer of Dunkin’ Donuts, and I’m treated very disrespectfully day by day. Only by Gilli. It is extremely disappointing to come to Dunkin after practice and have the doors locked, and even if the doors were not unlocked to be refused food service and being treated like trash. I will not be returning until I get the service I deserve and I will not be keeping this place in business until Gilli is out of there. much love TCR
