We tried Il Fuoco Dentro pizza truck for the first time this past Friday and were so impressed that we went back again on Sunday!! The pizza is absolutely delicious and packed with flavor.
We had the Grandma pizza, which was perfectly balanced with its crisp crust and rich, savory sauce, and toasted breadcrumbs and the Primavera topped with fresh veggies- adding ricotta took it to the next level. Both were outstanding, with the kind of freshness and quality that makes you crave another bite.
Il Fuoco Dentro has quickly become a favorite for us. The food is incredible, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more!

The best pizza in Jersey. It’s amazing! The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce is excellent and the toppings fresh. Reminds me very much of the pizza I had in Italy!
