It's one of our favorites. Normally, I get the tomato pie hold the parm. But this time, I got a burger wrap. Burger, tomatoes, lettuce. Very good. I'm very picky about my fries, so I passed on them. Husband enjoys the double fries.

Saturday oct 12th. Was trying to place a $150 dollar take out order for dinners and the girl on the phone couldn't get the first 2 dinner orders right at 610pm so I said forget it and canceled the order. It's ashame because 2 weeks ago I left a 5 star review and now I don't know if I'll ever come back!!! Very DISSAPOINTED I knew if I continued to order my food it was not gonna be right so we gave the olive the business! Maybe hire more experienced help to answer the phones on Saturday nights.

I don't understand why people leave one star reviews on this place. We were seated immediately on a Friday Night, the appetizers came out fast, then the entrees came out at the perfect time. Servers were extremely nice and I believe it was the owner who checked up on us at the beginning and end of the meal to ensure we had a great first experience at the restaurant. Shoutout to Jade for being an outstanding server.
Food was amazing and unlike any other resturaunt I’ve ever been to. Will definitely be returning.

Second and last time ever coming. We gave it a second chance because the food was decent, but the overall customer service experience is terrible.
Not busy at all when we came in, no hostess. Had to walk into the restaursnt portion and were seated fairly quickly. We would be told out waitress would be right with us. 10 minutes later she came to get our drink order. Keep in mind at this point that there are at least 3-4 other waitresses doing nothing but chatting by the kitchen. Takes another 5 minutes to get our drinks.
Our orders are then taken. It takes 20 minutes for the waitress to come back to our table to tell us our food would be up shortly. After about 15 minutes our food comes up. A grand total of about 45 minutes to get a couple sandwiches and a pizza when not busy at all.
Someone needs to take charge an manager the front of house or kitchen better. The customer experience is suffering and its a real shame because the food is good!
Suggestion: Take away staff cell phones while on the floor and ensure wait staff is attentive to patrons and communicates any delays or problems. Comping something for delays would also be welcome.

Walk in and nobody is at the hostess stand for at least 10 minutes. Hostess comes back and says I’ll be right back I have to seat one table first. Another 10 minutes go by and THEN we put our names in. Waited another 25 minutes after that to sit down. Oh and I forgot to mention, 2 other parties were sat before us. Service was slow, calamari was chewy, and even had to ask for utensils. Lobster ravioli was very good. But that’s about the only positive of this place for me.
