1st time visit and our party of 7 was not disappointed. Food (pizza, pasta, and Asian chicken salad) was excellent, atmosphere was cozy, and service was fantastic. We look forward to our next visit.

Haven't eaten here in years because the quality of their pizza wasnt that good, so wanted to try their buffalo chicken wrap and it also was subpar, but I guess certain people like a handful chicken meat in a wrap loaded with sauce but that's it, no lettuce or tomato and a slice of square cheese. Seems like the quality of everything nowadays is below average but no one seems to care

Longest I’ve ever waited for a meal…waited over an hour for our meal to come out (for the second time)! My family was tired of sitting there so we asked the waitress to box it all up because it took so long; no apology, no manager, no discount, no acknowledgement. Just gave us the over priced bill and sent us on our way. Food is alright, definitely not worth the wait.
Response to Owner: I was disappointed with the wait, especially because this is the second time this has happened to us at your restaurant. But I think I am more disappointed in your inability to simply acknowledge a bad experience and unusual wait times for a meal. To your point, I guess it was my families fault and your restaurant has its timing down perfectly.

We have been going here for a long time. Not only do they have the absolute best pizza and food, but their service is beyond outstanding.
But there is one situation that really shows what kind of people the Romero family are, and what type of business they run.
Once I ordered a pasta seafood dish for pickup. When I got home I noticed they forgot to include an ingredient, the seafood.
I called to give them a heads up, and asked them if I could just come pick up the part of the dish that was missing.
Mind you I live 15 minutes from the restaurant - but things happen. I was willing to drive back.
They felt so bad about what happened, they went out of their way to have someone come deliver me the correct dish to my house instead. This was also a Friday night, their busiest day of the week. 15 minutes away.
I was completely blown away by their generosity and service.
Will always recommend Naples to anyone looking for great food and service.
