We have never been to the restaurant but have ordered delivery twice being new to the area. First time everything was amazing. We used the online ordering from store and tipped. The 2nd time...wings were slightly overcooked. The salad seemed to get smaller in ingredients but the price was still $14+. Also this time we used a deal on the website, buy 2 dinners get 2 free desserts. One of those dinners seemed smaller than the normal size as we ordered it previously. And this time the delivery driver was directly upset we were not tipping. The bill was over $80 which includes delivery and tax. If people can not always afford to tip in addition to the delivery fee, shunning just creates a space where we may not order again.

I order food simple I asked if I can pay card he said no cash fine and then we said have good day. But he came in mad at everything and when I tried paying he was glaring and not talking and pointing then got mad at me for no tip when there are delivery fees and of his nasty attitude towards everything. And my boss even tried to pay in a different way like calling in and paying or at least giving a tip and he just ran out pushing his hand back at us. Disgusting attitude even if I forgot about tip.

My husband and I were hungry after our visit to Red Bank Battlefield. He had passed Pat’s Select on the way there so we decided to stop on our way back home. My husband got the chicken quesadilla. It was HUGE and very good! I got the Pot Roast French Dip sandwich with house made chips. It was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. It was HUGE! The baguette was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Dijon mustard was delicious, the post roast was tender and flavorful, and I substituted provolone cheese for smoke Gouda. The provolone was melty and delicious. The au jus that came with the sandwich was an absolute bonus! The crusty bread soaked it up and gave a flavorful bite. The chips were crispy and tasty. They were not greasy like some place’s house made chips. It was a fabulous meal!

Pats Select in National Park never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared every time. From placing the order to receiving it at the door, the customer service is always exceptional—friendly, efficient, and reliable. We have been ordering here for years, but recently this place has gone straight down the gutter. I ordered a salad to split with my mom, price $14.39, and received a salad smaller than a side salad that comes with a meal. There was absolutely no lettuce in it, only a few pieces of spinach, half an egg, a few peppers, and two cherry tomatoes. When I called to say something, I was told they would remake it. I chose to not take this option as I didn't want my food spat in. The manager told me he doesn't allow that in his establishment so I asked him why they allowed this pathetic salad to leave the door. I told him I wanted my money back and he told me they don't give refunds at that store and that they would give me a credit. Obviously I will no longer order from this location so that is not an option either. I had to argue with him for five minutes to get my refund. I told them to come pick up their salad but they weren't interested. The last time we ordered the pizza wasn't completely cooked and we were missing some items. We never said anything chalking it up to them having a bad day. No way we're going to keep going through this. The argument for the refund was the last straw. Best wishes Pat's.

This was the most disgusting food We have ever had from this location. Pretty sure the ingredients were bad. The cheese was disgusting on the pizza, in the grilled cheese, and the honey mustard was so gooey and thick and didn't taste right. We will NEVER order from here again. I threw away and entire pizza and my daughter threw away her grilled cheese. Waste of money.

I ordered a rice bowl with chicken. There was barely any rice or chicken. The portion is soo so small. I ordered it last time and the whole container was filled with rice veggies and chicken. Paying same price and getting so much less?

Usually I don't have high expectations for Pats pizza, I will admit that. But today I Decided to order A chicken parm sandwich with fries, and boneless wings while heading into Work early.
The Sandwich had a terrible sauce on it, the cheese perfectly melted, and the chicken it self on point. But the sandwich fell apart faster then my parents marriage. The fries were absolutely a waste of money. Terrible and this place should be ashamed to use what tasted like the cheapest product available to the,
The wings were not far behind. Over all the has to be my last ever experience eating at a Pats Pizza.
