Great quality, huge portions, delicious. The pasta is made in house, we tried the gnocchi, sausage, veal parm, chicken francese and soup, and bread, everything was very good.l! Being Italian, we were confused by the restaurant name but our server, who is the owners daughter explained that her dad has been working in Italian restaurants all his life. Go hungry!

I came at lunch. I was the only one in there and was seated promptly. I was worried about food quality by the lack of patrons, but my soup I ordered was delicious. It was a chicken tortellini or something. It tasted like a rich tomato bisque with chicken and pasta added. Yum. The bread was amazing. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs but had no room to eat after bread, salad, and soup so now have dinner. One lady did come in for a quick meal and had trouble finding a staff person to assist her. They were off working in the kitchen. I didn't realize until leaving, that there is a whole other half of the restaurant that has pizza and other items ready for sale by the slice. I would definitely come back if in the area.

Overall great experience. Felt very welcome at the restaurant. I walked in and was greeted right away, the employees were very nice and helpful. The chef in the back makes all the food with speed and love which makes this place my #1!! Definitely would recommend eating here.

The food was very good.
I had the chicken special the night I was there. The chicken was the most tender chicken I have ever had at an Italian restaurant.
The sauce was excellent.
The seasoning was good. I personally like a little more salt, but I didn't need to add any.
The service was excellent. We tipped 25%.
What they need to do is hire someone to paint and decorate the dining room.

BLOWN AWAY! Do not judge a book by its cover, this mom and pop local staple may seem modest and simple - the flavors are bold and authentic. You get started with the most amazing garlic knot for the table , then I ordered the clams - 5 stars! So delicious, perfectly salted, and paired deliciously with garlic toast. Then a bar pie and calamari to share - both were crispy and delicious. I ended up adding calamari on top of my pie and eating it that way. I cannot wait to come back and order more things on the menu. This place is a hidden gem. 5 stars.
