Drive thru service pretty fast and attentive. Ordered an egg mcmuffin and iced vanilla coffee. The egg mc muffin was nice and hot and cooked perfectly.

The problem was the iced coffee, which contained a few sips of coffee and a cupful of ice. The cup was actually very heavy. Photo attached shows after I drank most of it, which means it was even more ice than this to start. What a rip off.

I don't know what happened, but recently this location has gotten off of its game. Slow drive through confusion of orders and customer service all have dropped in my opinion. I don't if the staff has changed or what. They need to get things back the way it used to be or I'm gone.

Very bad communication at this McDonald's on Route 66 in Neptune NJ.. Asked for Sweet Tea ...received unsweetened tea...asked for a Small got a large. Ordered Chicken Nuggets got Buffalo Chicken Nuggets... Ordered a Chocolate Sundae w chocolate syrup...received no chocolate syrup...This happened twice...never going back to this location...
