STAY AWAY! Worst Customer Service I had to WALK OUT. Long story short - I ordered online . I arrived when it was "Ready" only for them to say they never received the order even though I was getting status updates on my order. So they said they can do the order now...which already takes them a half hour. So I wait sitting at a table ...when a staff member approaches me with a menu saying how much is the chicken ceaser salad............WHY would you ask me that question...do you NOT work here or what? He then says "OH I mean how much was it online?".........I told him it was 6.99 with proof of my order number and receipt. The idiot then proceeds to tell me "Nahhhhh...no way" So I walked out because IDK what he was trying to do but I'm not putting up with you guys messing up 2x in 5 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND stay AWAY

Terrible Customer Service . Incompetent and RUDE Staff. Ordered online . Picked up 15 minutes after it was "Ready" Only to have them never have received the order. Then they say it will be out in 5 minutes. While I was waiting worker approaches me and says how much was the ceasar wrap online. Then I tell him 6.99 like my recirpt says so...And he's like NAHHH . So I just left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Called yesterday to make an order for delivery. The guy who answered the phone couldn't get the order right. He kept saying "you're cutting out". I don't know if the problem is with their phone or the guy who answered. I constantly had to repeat my order, and he still couldn't get it right! Their food is pretty good, but they need to work on whoever takes the phone orders. Either get your phone fixed, or hire someone else to take phone orders. You lost an order yesterday, and you will lose more orders of this keeps up!
Do not give them the tim ahead of time. It took them forever to deliver the food

It's a very casual restaurant and the food was delicious. There was the piano and stage, some amusement equipment to make people so much fun. The stuff was kind and friendly.
