One word...Excellent! The food, atmosphere and server was top notch! Erica was our server, there were 5 of us. She took our orders by memory , including my allergy restrictions! All dishes came out perfect. Can't wait to go back! I highly recommend Bacci ! They also didn't rush us out. Erica continually checked in on us to be sure we all were OK. Brava!

The food was good but the attitude of the staff was so rude and unprofessional. When I came to pick up my food the lady, Erika, snapped her fingers at my face while I was speaking to someone. It didn’t feel welcoming, do better.

Although the food quality was good, the service was very poor. We placed our order and even paid the tip upfront, but the attendant simply dropped off the food without asking if we needed anything or if everything was okay. This was very strange, especially since I’ve visited this place before and was always happy with the experience. However, the way we were treated this time was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Even though the food is good, I may consider not returning here again.

We had wraps, pizza, pizza rolls, pasta, and appetizers. This was the best food we've had during our trip to NYC! As good as the food was, the service was even better - Erika was fantastic!

1st time have a complaint. The delivery person said I should use door dash to have my food delivered as he's the only driver. I never complained about when my food arrives.
Just thought that was rude of him to say anything as I didn't complain.
Needless to say I will go elsewhere.

Love this place, cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing evening out, with soft lighting and beautiful decor!

Service always top-notch—servers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Bacci, exceptional food, outstanding service, and a beautiful atmosphere, it’s a place I’ll definitely be coming back to!

I've been a loyal customer of Bacci for about 10 years, and I can confidently say they’ve never let me down. Coming from New Jersey, where we take pride in our high pizza standards, Bacci consistently hits the mark. Their white pie with broccoli is definitely in the running for the best slice I've ever had—even considering living in Hoboken and working all over the five boroughs.

While I primarily stick to their pizza, I’ve tried their dinner entrées a few times, and they were always good. The portions are substantial, making them a great value. Their staff are always welcoming and friendly. Keep up the great work!

I ordered eggplant parm dinner for takeout tonight and it was good! Happy they offer the option of whole wheat pasta with it. Not all restaurants have it. However, to carry it out they put it in a cut-up box of frozen meatballs. Per their menu, the meatball parm sub and meatball parm panini contain “homemade meatballs”, but now I’m skeptical! Is there some dishonesty going on? Seems like a pretty good pizzeria otherwise, and I like that there’s some outdoor seating.
