Charging more than what’s printed on their menu. It’s dishonest to have a price listed and charge more for each item. I don’t mind paying for good food, but for as expensive as it was, the quality was just not there. The bagel was mediocre at best, and my bacon and egg sandwich was mostly bread. Extremely disappointed. We usually go to Jersey Joe’s just down the street, but since we were at a shop nearby, we decided to try a new place. Big mistake .

Be better if there was no language barrier. They didn’t understand not toasted. I get everyone needs a job. But at least understand work related English. Food is good. But it’s better when you get it the way you asked. And the place isn’t cheap either.

Hands down the best bagel place evvvver..All of the employees are so helpful. I’ll call sometimes just for two bagels to be ready so my toddler doesn’t cause havoc and it’s always ready and they’re never bothered. Bagels are delicious, coffee is good, drink selection is good. The Bass Burger and fries was amazing! Bread is soft, beef is tasty, the pickle was perfection and the fries are crispy. The special sauce… they give you a generous amount - thankfully, because I drank it.

Clean and spacious. Has a back and front door, great for cold and raining days. Tried cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted with butter. My typical bagel for new places, did not disappoint but not as good compared to other places. I went later in the morning and most bagels were out. It was on the chewier end and more $$ compared to other places. I’d be back to try other bagels. Service was mediocre. Grab and go, get coffee at other stores nearby!

After moving away from the area and coming back TEN YEARS LATER, this spot is the absolute best! not only am I pleasantly shocked by the continued consistency of this wonderful place, but the Taylor Ham sandwich is still unmatched. This is by far the best homemade bagels in the country!!!
They were super quick with my order Wich I was suprised with, the one guy handed me 3 bagels as well. I would definitely be coming back
