Completely botched my order. I ordered a bagel with Taylor ham and they didn’t put Taylor ham on it. I paid for it, I have the receipt. My boyfriends bagel sandwich was also missing meat. I live far so by the time I got home and opened my bagel, they were closed. Very frustrating.

Bagels not toasted for cream cheese sandwich and bacon, egg, cheese sandwich… seriously 1 egg only for the default sandwich? Blueberry bagel is not sweet enough, where are the blueberries?Jalapeño cream cheese is way too spicy. Asked for a iced latte… got a hot latte. Almond milk being steamed for far too long and burnt latte.Cashier is great but quality of food can definitely be improved. Not worth the price 18$ for three items.Where are the napkins?

This cafe is a cool concept, it features some above average coffee and cook although no indoor seating. Some employees have become downright rude, though. Not sure how tough it is to find reliable staff but I would think there have to be better ones somewhere, who don't go out of their way to make certain profiles of people uncomfortable. I've tried extra hard to rise above it, hasn't worked.

There’s a reason this unpretentious and otherwise regular-looking place is packed full every morning. Best bagels and breakfast around, hands down. Nothing else around here compares!

Great service & bagels are always fresh! They have a front and back door very convenient and their new look is nice! They have no seating inside but outside they usual have chairs and some tables available for waiting or if you decide to eat there. I always take mines to go!
