You can't go wrong with any item at the Bakehouse. Joe Murphy puts all his love into his baked goods. We're lucky to have this gem in New Providence.

Best strawberry shortcake and chocolate mousse cakes! Love all their pastries too. Very friendly and courteous. We always get our cakes and baked goodies here.

Being local we love to pop by for treats but Bakehouse did an amazing job helping us for a recent party. Everyone loved the cakes and baked goods! Would highly recommend for any event! Service is top knotch and everyone is extremely helpful.

How delicious!!! I have to stop myself from going here every day. It's so tasty. We also got the blackout cake for my son's birthday and EVERYONE was obsessed!!

Where do I begin?! I stumbled upon this bakery one day while I was dropping off a package at the UPS store that is right nextdoor to it. I had no clue there was a bakery here but once I looked up & saw a sign that said "Bakehouse" I knew I had to go in, & man am I glad I did?
I work a few minutes down the road from here & because I have broadcasted my obsession about this bakery at work, now everyone at my job is obsessed as well?
Their chocolate almond croissants are hands down one of the BEST croissants I've ever had. After that, I would rank the carrot apple muffins & raspberry cheese danishes as the best breakfast pastries I've ever tasted. My husband who isn't even the biggest fan of baked goods & sweets, is absolutely addicted to the 3 I just listed & now bugs me to bring them home after work! I’ve created a monster ?
I've also tried the vanilla sprinkle cake as well as the blackout cake & they were both delicious. You can just tell everything is fresh & top quality here
If you're in the area & in the mood for an AMAZING pastry, danish, muffin, you name it, you HAVE to stop here. It will NOT disappoint. This place is dangerously close to my job that I am here at least once a week now- you've been warned, once you try this place you will be hooked!
* Not to mention the inside is clean & easy to navigate. I've found that sometimes bakeries can be overwhelming when you step inside, but not this one. The girls behind the counter are also so sweet & inviting (shout out to Savannah & Alejandra!)

We ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. Classic yellow sponge, but chose the chocolate buttercream filling, and vanilla buttercream for the outside. Size and prices fair!!! We had about 25 ppl, still leftovers, 10" cake. And so delicious. Held good even with the heat this Sunday, outside, for a couple of hours. Kids and adults were so happy with it. Would recommend

My favorite cupcakes around! Light, airy, creamy icing and perfectly dense cakes. These are so delicious and don't need anything fancy for a celebration because they speak for themselves as is! (I added decor toppers myself) Pricier but worth it.

Amazing all around. Love the blackout cake, the carrot cake and the birthday cake. Wish there were a few tables to sit at and have dessert/pastries.
