How do you have the audacity to sell this slop? The lady told me it was stuffed with STUFFING. Where is the stuffing!?!?!? What are these hard red chunky bits of “meat”? I wouldn’t serve this stringy junk to a dog. This was also FULLY cooked, I warmed it in the oven expecting my husband to cut into delicious stuffing as I was told! This is absolutely vile! Do NOT recommend!

I ordered breaded chicken cutlets to fry up at home when I went to fry them up they had made a mistake and just sold me plain chicken brrasts no breading. No problem mistakes happen. It was the way they handled the customer service saying it was my fault that I should have known by the “feel” of the chicken through the thick paper they use. I normally am able to watch them but the store was too crowded at counter I couldn’t see what he was doing. . They were very rude and put the blame on me.

We have great respect for Barth’s and are a frequent customer. For the first time we were totally disappointed in the quality of their offering: barbecued rack of baby back ribs. Over cooked, dried out, and hardly any meat on the bones. Our Super Bowl party suffered from a lousy game and poor choice of entree. Lesson learned.

They do have good stuff, for sure. I just wish sometimes people working there would know what they’re selling. I asked about the differences between 3 different terrines/cold meatloafs that they were selling and they wouldn’t know. Was not the first time. It’s just disappointing that they don’t bother to educate themselves about their own products.

Went up to the cash register to ask for a sandwich. Woman at register looked at me and looked down with no smile or anything. No how are you, no hello. Asked for a sandwich and was met with an annoyed reply of “that is closed down right now.” Asked if sandwiches were still being served and was met with another careless response of “whatever’s there.” Unfriendly customer service to say the least.
